I realized that I have a ton of unused space above the garage door and could have a mezzanine built up there that would work better than the ceiling shelves. I contacted Matt at Beach Handyman and explained what I wanted. He asked that I send a few pictures of what I was thinking and he would work the numbers/ideas. I also wanted to add an attic pull-down ladder to make access easier, which Matt was happy to accommodate. Within a day of sending over my thoughts, Matt had a quote ready (which was very reasonable for the work that needed to be done) and we signed a contract. Matt expected 1-2 days to complete which turned into 2+ days, but that was not Matt's fault due to encountering a large steel beam that he had to work around.
