I have attempted to call James and text him on numerous occasions to which I've not gotten a response.... September 28, October 9, November 6 and November 24. That was just text messaging alone not including calls in between. I have, according to him, a diseased tree and it will spread to others if not treated, mind you we have a one-year warranty contract not up until April 2025, and I did as he advised on our last actual conversation, September 21, I used a fungicide according to the directions and it has done nothing. My expectation is that he will replace the two trees that need to be replaced with something equivalent to the heights of the other trees that are growing fine. I expected to hear something back from him to which I have gotten not one word. This is very bad business. The follow up in regard to customer service is horrible. UPDATE: That is untrue. I have NOT heard back as you can see in the texts. I have emailed and gotten no response and every time I call no one answers. Replacing the trees is the expectation. If James is so sure of the disease I would expect you would get them replaced ASAP. All the other trees are just fine. You have not been out to my property since you installed as my ring cameras would have caught you. Also, if that was the case my trees would be replaced and we wouldn't be here. Uphold your contract. My contract and warranty are not with the nursery it is with you. You are the responsible party. I'm sure this will not get handled and this is how he does business. If I hear from James I would be surprised.

Initial excavation showing gravel install without landscape fabric

James and I discussed what my wife and I wanted done at length for the installation of an RV parking pad next to our house. Job was to install an RV parking spot 32 feet by 8 feet beside house. Excavate/remove 6 inches of dirt, maintain existing grade to allow for proper drainage away from house. Install landscape fabric, frame with landscape timbers. Install 2 inches of gravel at a time, compacting each time, for a total of 6 inches to ensure stability. He discussed the compacting process with me over the phone, and also told me that he would add a binder of some sort over the top to stabilize the gravel. The problem was, in retrospect, that none of these details were written down explicitly in the contract. Took out too much dirt towards back corner next to house (estimate approximately 6 inches too far down). Struck irrigation lines and repaired. Did not install landscape fabric, framed with landscape timbers on all sides except next to house. Added all gravel at one time, without compacting. Result is low spot next to house that will not properly drain due to non-conformance to existing grade, exposing foundation to possible water damage. I am willing to remove my negative review if the contractor is willing to come out to my house and fix the RV parking pad by restoring grade to remove low spot and compacting gravel to stabilize area. I am also willing to install without landscape fabric.

Circled is the working sprinkler head that rotates over the entire affected area. Compared to the Dog pee picture, this is not the issue!

A 5 star experience for a recent Mother's Day arrangement of flowers…read more There is no day like Mother's Day and making it special for Mom. So the idea of a permanent planted arrangement seemed like something perfect for the patio. McDonald's was contacted over the phone a week + out before Mother's Day. I worked with Patrice who emailed different ideas they could do from pots to plants etc. He was so passionate about his trade and left me even more excited that he alone would be the point. Ultimately hydrangeas was chosen as the plant with sweet potatoes. They had many pots to choose from, but a more neutral with a butterfly seemed perfect. The cost was $97. Patrice assured that the plant would be watered and ready for pick up days before Mother's Day. On Saturday I went to McDonald's and after locating Patrice he rolled the plant out. I must say I was overwhelmed with the size. It was huge and gorgeous! Patrice did a video of care instructions as he took ownership of seeing everything through. He also at no charge through in a ceramic tray to hep with transport, but also for any leakage of water with a weep hole at the bottom. The delivery was marvelous and enjoyed by Mom. I cannot say enough positive about this experience. Other staff assisted me and were helpful and enthusiastic about their job. You just don't see this in other big box places ole Lowes and Home Depot. McDonald's is a one stop locally owned since 1947 garden center. They can do it all and the visit is impressive to see the selections. Highly recommend.

What a great selection! Wide variety of flowers, herbs, veg, ect. Plenty of space to walk around even…read morethough it was getting busy for the event they have going on. And they do quiet a few so keep an eye out for those since the do child and adult events. It was well organized and set up and I just love the indoor area with the carnivorous and house plants.
