Went to two pool party's up there. It was a good vibe, the place was clean, and the events were Caribbean events. Only thing I think could've been better was the rotation of music and not having each single genre being played all together all at once. They had a nice bar that served some really good drinks and the service was alright. Overall a good experience

City view from rooftop

The service staff was amazing. Gregory " the mascot" from the curb to carrying our bags to our room. He was friendly and engaging and informative. Dedrick in the restaurant was incredibly vigilant--he noticed we'd grab sofa pillows to sit at the bar and would bring them to us before we asked! The view from our room was great. A few issues with the room: no towel racks or closet doors. Automatic lights would come on every time you walked by the closet areas -- not so great in the middle of the night. Having the bathroom sinks in the entry hall a bit weird . The staff was wonderful and the rooftop pool area beautiful. All in all a great stay.

My fellow yelpers beware. Read these reviews carefully because they contain a lot of warnings that I wish I would have heeded. This place charges champagne prices for beer quality. The first snafu came at the front desk. My husband had reserved over the phone because of a credit card perk that couldn't be booked on the Internet. They told him we were in a grand chamber suite on the phone but when we got here, they downgraded us to a regular room with half the space. We had two other couples coming up to have cocktails in our room but not anymore. There is a surprising amount of deferred maintenance for what I thought was a newer property. For example, I went to the ice machine and there's a sign just saying it was broken with no referral to another machine. The carpets are really dirty. The kicker for me is a bathroom that has no door, just a shower curtain. And because the toilet seat doesn't fully cover the ceramic of the toilet bowl when my husband splashes, I'm gonna be sitting in his urine. I feel like I'm in the twilight zone. And then there's the door between the bedroom and the closet that just cannot stay closed. See the video. Not to mention the threadbare footboard that's probably beat up from people kicking it in the middle of the night when they try to get up to go to the bathroom. This too, can be yours for $500 a night.

This was my first time staying at a Virgin hotel and I'll say that for the price, it was very nice and conveniently located. We visited both the bar in the lobby and the rooftop, both were great. Missed our opportunity to make it to the speakeasy, so we'll have something to look forward to on our next visit.

Impressed is an understatement. I had the best experience ever this weekend. From the coffee shop to the pool bar, speakeasy and restaurant EVERYTHING was amazing. My entire family loved it. The food was delish and so were the drinks. Greg was a delight at checkin and extremely helpful. I will definitely be back.

What an experience. I stayed for a few nights for a work summit and from the minute I pulled up in an uber I experienced fantastic service. Bags were brought in, I was greeted, everyone asked my name, and it was just a very upbeat and friendly vibe. I also stopped at the bar and the bartenders were an extension of that same service making great drinks and conversation. I look forward to visiting Nashville again, and I already know where I'll be staying.

We arrived quite early, and our room wasn't ready but they allowed us to check our bags so we could go out and do stuff while we waited. The bar area is cozy, the little coffee shop very eclectic. I loved how they had a lot of books and games for you to use. It was definitely busy though - it looks like people use this space to work on their laptops all day. We were given a room upgrade to a suite which was very cool. The room was lovely - tons of floor to ceiling windows with shades. The shower was very roomy and nice. The bed was nice and soft. There was plenty of space for us to relax. The room AC was nice and cool. A couple not so great things - the app controls didn't work with anything other than the tv remote. It was supposed to control the temp and the lights but wouldn't work. The bedroom tv wouldn't connect to my phone at all no matter how hard I tried. The lights in the room were a bit confusing to figure out. And I had heard they have a mini bar with reasonable non price gouging street prices. Well....I don't know what street they meant, cause $4 for a tiny bag of cheese its and a Kind bar is not reasonable. I was a bit bummed with that. The food there is not so great - stick to the drinks! We overall enjoyed our stay and will likely come back!

One of my besties and I went to the Christmas holiday popup on the rooftop of the Virgin Hotels. We went on a Wednesday night so it wasn't too crowded and we were easily able to get a table. The vibes were so cozy with beautiful decorations everywhere. They even had one of those camera screens where you can take some holiday pictures. We ordered the Merry Mule and a Hot Cocoa. The Merry Mule came in the cutest cup ever! They were both so yummy although definitely on the expensive side so it definitely was a one drink kind of night for us. We were immediately met with very friendly staff who were great the whole time we were there. One thing to note is that all of the parking around is paid. You can valet your car for a couple of hours right out front for $20 and then the price increases for more time. We both opted to park on the street just down the street which ended up being $4.73 for up to 10 hours. For Nashville, not so bad! All in all we had a great night!

I came here for the Mariah Carey Christmas pop up last night and was not impressed. They transformed the lobby to decorate it with Christmas decor and a couple of Mariah elements. As we checked in, we were handed an espresso martini which was good. Seats were limited throughout and we were told as we checked in that seats weren't guaranteed. I was expecting to hear the full Mariah Christmas playlist and only got her signature song played twice plus other non-Christmas tunes. If you're going to do a Mariah pop up at least play her Christmas album. The photo booth was nice but overall the popup was underwhelming and not worth the price. I valeted which was $20 for the first couple of hours but they were extremely busy and it took a while for anyone to come and take my info to valet the car. Then it took a while to receive the car afterwards. They definitely need more workers on the weekend to accommodate those staying at the hotel as well as those just to dine or enjoy the pop up There are numerous Christmas pop ups throughout the city, I do not recommend this one

I had a such a great experience staying at this hotel from the staff to the food and the room it was completely 10/10 top tier experience. They even accommodated my allergies and made sure their cleaning staff cleaned my room and pills and sheets extra. The staff was so nice and helpful I legit felt at home and as if I didn't want to leave the cafe where I got my morning matchas and breakfast was amazing and the food and drinks in general was amazing I will definitely come back soon! Not to mention how clean they kept the hotel in general and I loved the entire set up and ambiance of this hotel.

This place is all about vibes. From the lobby bar to the rooftop lounge and pool. A great place to stay on this side of Nashville away from the craziness of Broadway

From start to end I couldn't have been happier with my experience at Odie's. I was greeted at the door by the biggest happiest guy ever named Ced who was coincidentally the manager too! We got chatting and he was giving me recommendations on what I should do with my remaining days, but once he found out it was my first time in Music City he insisted on getting me a beer, southern hospitality is awesome. Ced suggested trying their food, big man knew the secrets. I got a Odie's classic burger with bacon and GOLLY THAT WAS GOOD! While enjoying my food and drink In their awesome bar (it has a boat inside!!!) I was checked on multiple times by the server/bartenders, but when I wanted some more napkins there was only their jacked security guys around, I believe his name was Ryan, he could tell I wanted something and offered a helping hand. Besides the food, drink, music, and ambiance being awesome. The politeness, professionalism, and down right good vibes delivered by the awesome employees at Odie's will have me coming back to Music City! They created a raving fan out of me!

I had the chicken on a stick and it was delicious! The others had salads and a grilled cheese. Everyone was happy with their lunch! I had a peach mule from the bar and it was delicious! I could have stayed all day drinking them! And then stumbled out! The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because the service wasn't very friendly, I don't think our server smoked even one time, she told us the potato salad had mustard on it, I'm about 99% sure it did not. They don't have any sweetener for the tea, and I really wanted to buy a short, but the merchandise area was smaller than my closet and the shirts they did have were pretty icky quality. I was super disappointed with that. Next time I'm in Nashville I'd go again for the good and drinks and fun atmosphere and hope for a friendlier server.

We just finished up at the Catbird Seat and Ashley had called next door to see if they could seat us at the Patterson House. As it turns out they could, and they were ready for us when we made our way across the hall. They gave us a choice of where we'd like to sit, and there were two chairs at the end looking out of the windows at skyline of the city. What better way to end a lovely evening with a lovely lady, but with a lovely view and some fantastic drinks? Holland, like the country, greeted us and set us up for the evening. Holland brought great energy, and was super welcoming. They even offered us drinks on the house for the engagement. Totally unexpected, and that just meant we had to have more than one round to make sure that we could appropriately tip and show our appreciation for the amazing hospitality! The drinks were great. I tend to gravitate towards the less sweet. The Japanese Anchorage scratched that elitch very well being boozy forward, with hints of flavors. She had the Late Summer Margarita, refreshing and sweeter. We shared the Thai Tea Banana Colada. Definitely the sweeter side, but couldn't pass up the opportunity. Very good, a little sweeter and a little heavier than I'd normally prefer. It met both of our preferences right in the middle. Compromise, right? Great experience, and would absolutely come back when in town!

The food was tasty and well-prepared, and the customer service was excellent. That said, the food was on the pricier side for the portions. The dining area appeared to have poor air circulation, with box fans visible, and a maintenance employee was changing and shaking out floor runners while guests were eating. These details made it difficult to fully enjoy the meal. Overall, good food and service, but the pricing, lack of vegan options, and dining environment left room for improvement.

We had a great time walking around, checking everything out, and enjoying the atmosphere with our group. I also thought it was pretty cool seeing all of the Jelly Roll touches throughout the place. You can tell they wanted the bar to have its own personality instead of just feeling like another generic spot on Broadway. There was plenty to look at and the whole place had a fun vibe. We were in Nashville for a football game, but getting out with friends and checking out places like Goodnight Nashville ended up being a big part of what made the weekend so much fun.
