This is where the A Night In The Pocket: Presented by Yamaha Drums event was held. A very nice hotel on Broadway in Nashville. Currently undergoing some renovations as well. Beautiful entryway & lobby. The event was held in a really nice club setting with stage set up with a drum set on each side, as the event was honoring well-renown drummers who play & endorsed by Yamaha Drums. Being my boyfriend plays Yamaha Drums & has connections, plus being formerly from Nashville himself, we got to attend this amazing event here. The Hutton was so gracious in hosting this event. Thank you Hutton Hotel for putting up with all of us drummers!

We had a wonderful experience at the Hutton Hotel. From the moment we pulled up, we were greeted by the friendly valet who helped us with our bags. We checked into our room on the 12th floor. The room had nice touches like a Marshall Bluetooth speaker and a Dyson hairdryer. Housekeeping always kept us stocked with fresh towels. The location is a great spot. We walked over to Hattie B's for some hot chicken and parlor doughnuts. It was a quick Uber to fun bars and restaurants.

We had a nice stay at the Hutton hotel. It was conveniently located near broadway street. We first self parked in the garage but once checking in and the parking fees were explained to us (you are charged each time you go out the garage & charged again for overnight fee) one of the guest service lady recommended we use the valet service as it is a one time fee even if you come & go. The valet is cheaper than self parking in the garage! The lobby aesthetic is nice. We booked a king size room but the bed looked more like queen size but we were only there for one night so it was fine. Room was small but again for a one night stay it's fine but probably wouldn't be comfortable for days stay. Overall the hotel was clean and quiet. Would recommend this hotel and stay here again if doing 1-2 nights.

My dog loved the view as you can see

So this hotel was a great experience. We came in town for the Uncle Nearest Tour and my boyfriend's birthday and I am so glad we chose this place. They did birthday decorations for our room and they had a welcome kit set up for my dog. Listen what they did for my dog and boyfriend was so thoughtful and it really touched our hearts. We stayed in the penthouse suite. We had a great view, two TVs, and the decor was very unique. The staff was helpful and always ready to accommodate our needs. Their rates are also very reasonable. If you're in Nashville I definitely recommend this place

Great find! I traveled a few days early for a conference and decided to stay in Midtown to do some sightseeing near Vanderbilt. This hotel was in good proximity to some bars, live music, and a cool Dolly-themed hotel/restaurant. (Really glad to avoid Broadway, too!) Overall, hotels in Nashville (I stayed in another one in Downtown) are underwhelming compared to those in other big cities. Honestly, for the price I paid per night, my room was pretty small and I would've expected a complimentary shuttle service. However, I was really happy to be on the 13th floor with a beautiful view. The sunrise and sunsets were absolutely gorgeous from my bedside. The welcome drink/coffee cart was confusing. I missed out on the complimentary welcome wine or beer during my first night because no one was there when I checked in. Seemed like inconsistent pandemic issues. The gym was basic but had some good machines and essential equipment. Unfortunately, there is no on-site restaurant, and room service was limited, so I had to eat elsewhere. I went to Hattie B's the first night, which was within walking distance a block away. Not a big deal since I was only there for 2 nights, but for the price, an on-site restaurant is expected. Although, I did really like the list of recommended dining and sightseeing.

    Nice view!

Beautiful hotel in downtown Nashville. One mile from Broadway. We walked back and forth the entire trip. Some walks were easier than others after spending time in the Honky-tonks. Staff at the Hutton Hotel were outstanding in every way. They made this post Thanksgiving trip fabulous. Room was comfortable and spacious. Will definitely want to spend nights here in the future when traveling to Nashville!

Stayed here for4 nights and it was a great location snd our room was lovely and modern. First impression: Beautiful lobby - newly renovated. Cool furniture and extra friendly staff. They didn't have a filling station but they hooked us up every day with water bottles. Since they just recently renovated, the restaurant wasn't open yet they had coffee and tea for breakfast but that was it. Back to the room--it was a good size. Bathrobes hanging in the closet. Giant rain shower head and clear glass sink gave it a modern, cool vibe. High end toiletries too. It's a little further down from the craziness on Broadway, but I kinda like it that way. It was still only about a mile from the touristy places so very walkable and conveniently located. I never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a Lyft. It's a block or two away from Hattie Bs, Row Kitchen and Midtown Cafe which are all excellent places to eat. I would definitely stay here again.

Choose the Hutton if you're in Nashville! Pros: Spacious rooms and a beautiful bathroom Linen closet on each floor for extra towels, but they offer housekeeping Drink or complimentary breakfast sandwich tickets Pet friendly for a fee, no size restrictions ( my 65 pound dog was comfortable) Amazing customer service (they don't have bellhops but the staff at the front desk helped me) Live music in the lobby Free events at Analog Location Cons: Parking- valet if you can, but the price is pretty steep. If you self park and plan to drive, there are extra charges Record player- I love the concept, but there wasn't much selection No restaurant- I wish I could've stayed in the hotel to eat at least once, but there's no restaurant and you have to meet the delivery drivers downstairs Other than that, I loved it!

Biscuits and gravy at the Evelyn, inside the hotel.

Olivia at the front desk greeted me with a smile and gave me excellent local recommendations. The live music and entertainment at the hotel was amazing! The breakfast at the Evelyn, inside the hotel was great, and served top shelf bourbon. It was nice staying in Midtown, less than a couple of miles away from broadway!

This place is beyond amazing. Situated steps from Music Row this boutique hotel strives to give more than a stay, they want you to have an experience. The do it well. You are greeted immediately and cheerfully upon entering the lobby and that friendly service follows you everywhere. The rooms are spacious and stocked with premium linens and designer products in the bathroom. It is easy to relax and unwind. Another amenity is their bar Analog. More than a bar, it is a stellar venue for some of Nashville's outstanding musicians. We were treated to a Christmas show that was as creative as the decor. Tickets are complimentary for hotel guests. A shout out to Steve at the front desk who took care of us from our first phone call forward. He mad us feel special. This is an outstanding place to stay.

    Mid-Century vibe for the lobby.

They cheapened the breakfast and the nightly snacks/bar drinks. We stayed 3 nights and given the cost was 293+ tax the first night 393+ tax and 493+ tax for the Friday night, they are really taken advantage of people coming to Nashville. I am a Platinum Marriott Member and Gold Hilton Member and usually stay there. The first room we were given was on the lowest floor overlooking their rooftop with air conditioners. I was able to change it for a 19th floor room with a city view. Back to breakfast....All 3 days was scrambled eggs, sausage patties, square potatoes, biscuits and gravy. They had a large grill but were not doing omelets. They did them in the past. You could make a waffle using the same units at all hotels like Hampton and Holiday Inn Express. Higher end hotels will make them for you. They had apples, bananas and oranges. The bowl of fruit (matched the hampton's) but there's was wilted and soggy (cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple and grapes). Last day they had non. Milk was out of a machine and yogurt was 1 flavor along with hardboiled eggs. They did have pancakes off to the side by the grill and cheese you could add to your eggs. The "fantastic" sitback and enjoy spread was a joke. 1 night pseudo chicken alfredo. Another night horrible pork bbq and tacos the last. All nights had baked potatoes and chips with salsa. My wife was shocked at how downhill it went. You were given 3 bar tickets per person. They now limited you to 5 specialty drinks (1 being Margarita, 1 cherry flavoring with vodka and sprite with sour mix ) or regular water downed drinks The only positive was you could get fountain pop all day. From 4 to 8pm they popped popcorn in the lobby. I had to remind them 1 day. The fitness center was nice but the pool didn't open until 9AM. I wanted to do at 830 before heading out. I am on eastern time while they are on central time. There is no restaurants in the hotel. I don't count the bar with limited options for food. See my pictures for the menu. The rooms are very basic. They were clean. I had to chase the cleaning staff each day for more towels and even toilet paper! The hotel has no concierge. Parking is $42 a night for self-park. The location is very convenient but so are several other hotels.

I was able to book our 4 nights through a combination of Hilton Points and my annual free night off my Amex credit card. Such a deal! And as a Diamond member, I had use of the Executive Lounge and a $30 food and beverage credit. We all had a very pleasant stay. The room was roomy and comfortable, the shower water was hot and strong, and we slept well. Our window faced towards the Hockey Arena, and there was selective Broadway-related noise in the evening. That became background noise soon enough that really didn't affect sleep. However, I suspect that this Hotel is due for some refurbishment as the armrests on the couch were worn and at least one cabinet molding came off. Housekeeping sometimes came late in the day, and after they skipped us after the first night, we made it a point to remind them. As for the $30 food credit, we used the convenient coffee kiosk by the elevators often. Fruit, cookie bars, coffee, and other snacks were often available at the Executive Lounge, although I found this to be one more basic offerings that I'd experienced with Hilton. We didn't really figure out how to have a proper breakfast here, but there were plenty of excellent choices within a short walking distance. The Italian restaurant (separate review) was a pleasant surprise one night for dinner, in terms of value, good food, and excellent service. Then there were the 3 elevator banks, one of which was out-of-service, and required knowing that there were 2 call buttons to keep track of. Parts of the day did require some waiting as every floor (of 10) was often in play. As we headed back to the airport yesterday, I agree with my brother-in-laws comment that with all the location and room positives, this hotel lacked a certain character. Maybe it was size, maybe it was good service without a lot of personality, or maybe because of where they are, they can mail it in occasionally. Or maybe the little things we noticed started to add up. I'm a loyal Hilton Honors member, but if there's a next time for Nashville, I might look at some of their other nearby options.

I brought these issues to the staff's attention upon checkout when I received my bill and saw so many things wrong with it. The person who answered the phone (night auditor) was leaving around 7am and told me he couldn't help me and that I needed to call back later to speak with a manager. He did not take notes or pass my issue along to anyone, so when I called back later, no one was aware of what happened. To make matters worse, it took a manager 1.5 hours to resolve the issue after my initial phone call at 7am. I called the front desk 3 times and after 1.5 hours with no call back or resolution, I had to go down there myself and demand to speak to a manager. This was my first wedding anniversary with my husband and we will never forget it because of how bad the service was. Even with the additional charges being removed and the manager refunding us about $100 in bar charges, it wasn't enough to make the situation better. We should have been refunded for the entire "With Love" package and charged a standard room rate for our entire stay since the entire "With Love" package was not delivered as promised on the Omni website. The manager tried to help us and did what she thought made sense (removing the charges and comping some bar drinks from our tab), but that doesn't make up for ruining our first wedding anniversary. I NEVER should have had to follow up on any of this. The "With Love" package should have been experienced as advertised and if they couldn't do that, I shouldn't have been charged for it at all.
