After 4 and a half hours, I called them and asked if she was done. She said it would take another 45 minutes (1:45). I never received a call stating she was ready at 2:30 so I just went there to pick her up. When I saw her, I was shocked and appalled at the shoddy haircut they gave her. She was shaved! People I have spoken to have said they were shocked at what a bad haircut it was. I paid 84.00 for a haircut that will take at least a year to grow back. Don't ever go to PetSmart in Raynham. I was lucky to find Lisa and Lou at Champion Pet Care. They are very responsive, nice, professional and doing fantastic job. We discussed the whole grooming in details. After grooming my westie looks amazing, he looks happy and feels very good after grooming with hand stripping (which is not always the case). Thank you for great job :) We will definitely be back.

I have never met a groomer like Len who was able to demat the cat completely (I have a super matted long hair Persian cat) without having to give him a lion cut, and finish wash and dry all within 1 hour!!! I can't believe it's only $50 also... In the past, I always get charged $150+ and they take 3 hours - they always end up giving him an ugly lion cut. I even had places (Petco of course) that hurt him when trying to demat - the razor cut into my cat's skin! Len truly BLEW MY MIND!!! I didn't even know this can be so easy and well done given all the poor previous experience and limited grooming options for cats. I would drive hours to come to Len just for this excellent service!!! Here's my cat happy and chilling in the car right after the groom... He is finally now fluffy and clean again!!! :D
