While it wasn't "difficult" to make an appointment, they do book out several weeks out, don't answer their phone (call-backs only it seems), and have very limited supporting technology (website, reviews, etc.). If you can work around that I think you and your dog will like it here - my dog and I are very particular! Amy treated us very well.

When I arrived, the owner greeted us with open arms, the groomer came out and met us. She examined Lucy and noticed her ears needed a deep cleaning, not to mention her recommendation on grooming. My Shih Tzu is turning 17 and more than ever, I am concerned with her well-being. Not only did Lucy receive a beautiful cut, she smelled wonderful.
