Unfortunately, Yelp does not offer the option of zero stars. The customer service at this salon is abysmal. On two different occasions, my daughters have been parked with their feet in water and then NO ONE followed up and finished them up. Other customers have entered the salon, finished, and paid while my daughters still sat there and waited. Ok. Please someone read this. I went with my friend and we both got our nails done. Same style - ballerina, regular polish. Mine was 25 and hers was 35. The guy that did my nails was extremely rough. Didn't clean my nails or cut them down just slapped the acrylics on there. On the side of me there was another couple of friends. And one girl was telling the guy that was doing her nails that he was hurting her and she said it nicely at first. Then she got louder and you could tell it was hurting because he was taking old acrylics off her nails an just pulling them off. He didn't even let her nails sit in acetone. And the look he gave her.. let's just say if looks could kill she'd be dead. Now back to my nails. They were beautiful I loved them to be honest. Until I looked closely. Air bubbles everywhere! And the paint chipped one day after I got them done. My nails were BREAKING left and right. So I decided to give them another chance and I got the nails that broke repaired. I also got my eyebrows done I will say they did good on my eyebrows they were beautiful. But the repairs oh lord. The woman that did it was on her phone the whole tome literally never put it down. She asked if I had gotten my nails done there and told me to go find the color. Now let's be real here. My nail polish was a pale pink. How many pale pinks do you think are in a nail salon? And the bottle I chose the first time was half empty. I doubt they would've had it. I did try my best though to match the color as close as possible. Well once she started painting my nails it wasn't the same color. She didn't offer to go over my other nails to make them match, she just kept going. When I asked her to paint all of them, she told me she has to charge extra. Okay fine. As I'm on my way home, my thumb was fullll of air bubbles. You've gotta be kidding me. Maybe if she had put her phone down, she'd have done a better job. Will not be going back. Don't be blinded by the glam of the salon. read more

My wife just came home crying in anger over what the staff did to her nails. They couldn't do a simple nail design, so she asked to simply paint them. The lady cut her nails down shorter than a man's length, each one bent in completely random ways. One nail is shaped like a triangle. They're all bubbling up... They look horrific. She is now spending the night undoing the damage the lady at VIP caused. $20 wasted; not coming back. read more

I used to do get my nails done at VIP Nails over a year ago. The service was ok, and the quality was ok as well. I recently decided to start to get my nails done again, so I went back to VIP Nails. The service is terrible now. The men that work there are always in a hurry to do your nails (half ass) excuse my French, to get back on their phones or to go out back to smoke. This place is the definition of quantity over quality. If I could give this place a zero (0) rating I would! I will NEVER be back to this place! The job that they did was so bad, that I had to go back home and try to fix what they did. I have never left here without being seriously disappointed with something. They ALWAYS 100% of the time give an attitude if you ask for a design. I'm mean, it's not like you don't pay extra for it. This was my first VIP Nails experience and will also be my last. To say that I am livid is an understatement. I simply asked for a French gel manicure, and they looked at me like I had 6 heads. Now, I am left with 10 poorly done, lopsided nails. When I went to confront the employees about my dissatisfactions, they laughed at me.. As I went to pay, he yelled at me for taking my time, and throughout my manicure he was judgmental and intrigued on literally everything that I said. Unless you enjoy outrageous prices, visible powder & many bubbles beneath your lopsided nails, then I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. this is the equivalent of waking up on Christmas Morning and receiving coal.
