I am not a great traditional reviewer by any stretch. I don't tend to review places that are a '2'…read moreor '3' because I feel that does almost as much damage, if not more so, than a '1'. If I feel like I receive a "meh" experience, I tend to just leave it alone. This is evident if you're ever bored enough to peruse my other reviews. With that being said, I am a picky person by nature. I hold places to a high standard. If I receive mediocre to average service, I don't usually bother writing a review about my experience. You typically have to really blow me away, one way or another. This is where Push N Pull comes in. My dumb ass tried to re-seat a spoiler using a trim tool. I caused several dings into my tail gate. I reached out to several local shops, including some I've used in the past. Their bids were pretty excessive and encroaching on a spot repaint or full respray of the panel. I remember reaching out to Michael (Push N Pull) about six month ago for a different job. I ultimately didn't go with him because of a personal recommendation for another shop. However, this time around, I thought I would shoot him a message and get his take. Michael was confident he could complete the work and his bid undercut competitors significantly. Michael arrived on-time, was extremely friendly and professional, and answered any questions I had. He quoted me a time-frame and completed the work in nearly half that! That expediency did not compromise the quality. He did a great job at repairing my moronic mistake. AND he did all this at an exceptional cost. For future PDR repairs, I will definitely give Michael a call.

There's a one-star review regarding the paint drip and finger prints, but I'm here to say that you do not need to worry about that. Arnaldo was on time and prompt with scheduled appointments, and he also came back 4 days later to polish his work free of charge. Overall, I would 100% recommend Prestige Auto Recon. Arnaldo is honest, authentic and provides quality work.

You get what you pay for here. Sloppy work, but cheap. I wanted to love the results, but the…read morequality of the repair, unfortunately, matched the low price. After getting a few quotes to fix some damage on my rocker panel, Arnoldo's bid came in significantly lower than the competitors. Because it's an area underneath the doors and not a highly visible, critical piece of the body, I decided to take the gamble. I can't say I'm entirely surprised that the work turned out subpar. There are noticeable runs in the paint, a few small scratches were left completely unresolved, a smudge of paint on my door, and overspray of the clear coat all over my tires. If you are looking for a flawless, professional restoration, look elsewhere and pay the market rate. But could work if you just need a cheap, quick fix on a hidden area where perfection doesn't matter.
