No waiter seemed to be assigned to my table, as no one looked at me, much less greeted me. The only person who noticed that I was an actual live human being was the support staff (busboy? bus-man?) who brought me a glass of water. Other than that, I sat. And I sat. And I sat. And I SAT. NO MENU was ever brought to me, and no person acknowledged that I existed. Ten, twelve minutes went by and I said to myself, if this goes on any longer, I am just going to have to leave. I mean, what the hell? So I did. I left - and trust me, I will NEVER, EVER go back. The place is obviously run by people who do not understand CUSTOMER SERVICE. Disgusting. Maybe he was a manager, but he never came over to our table either because had he I would have informed him. He just walked into the dining room every 16 minutes to give the managerial look and go back to doing Lord knows what.
