Check-in/out was very easy, my room was clean, nice and spacious, with a beautiful view. The bar and pool area is huge and so much fun! We all had a blast and really enjoyed each others company down at the pool bar. If I had one thing to note I wished were better, most of the nights there was only 1 bartender at the pool bar, and with our large conference and also probably other guests out there, it was hard to get service. But that guy was working amazingly so it wasn't him, he just couldn't be in multiple places at once! Was pleasantly surprised at how much of a hit the lay river was with us, but we had a blast! Lastly, the party that was put together by the staff was 10/10! Really do appreciate all the hardwork and how much fun we had! Wish I'd thought to take pictures, but I guess I was too busy enjoying myself!

They directed me to where to park and provided more information on the conference. Entering the lobby there was plenty of seating to sit down or relax from arriving. Chester was polite, opening doors and putting down a seat for easy access (we took a mini van to fit us). His rate was fair, $20 flat. Later we called for a pickup from Epcot, about 30 minutes before we were ready to go, and he again was extremely efficient. He even explained where he'd pick us up. Heading home was the same flat rate too-no tricks or surcharge like uber. A++

I explained that we had a very small budget and he said "don't worry." Usually, I would not make a reservation without knowing the exact price, but we were in a tight situation. Well, he sent his driver and we were charged $325.00 for 30 minutes of driving time and 3 hours of idle time. The driver also insisted that we pay a 20% tip. We have a large family consisting of 6 small children and two adults and we simply needed a ride to get groceries. We were not on tour or anything of the like. Very disappointing to say the least.

I have since reversed and disputed charges to my credit card and have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration Consumer Complaint Database. Small claims court is next as well as a possible lien. Manny was so quick to place my order and collect my money but has since gone silet. Beware when considering COMPASS FREIGHT!
