The driver waited for us while the airlines took forever for our luggage to arrive. The cars were extremely clean, not even a hint of cigarette smell, and they are very informative with helpful tips on how to make the most of your vacation. I told him that we had Faster to the Fun and would like to be there as early as possible. I called him that morning to verify pick-up time and he said that he would be at the hotel as close to 11 as possible. After an hour of waiting around, he finally got to the hotel at 12:00pm. We did not arrive at the ship until 1:00pm. I was decently disappointed at this point. On the return, we called at 7:30am as requested on the return sheet that Mike gave us. Told him that we would be off the ship by 9:00am. He said there would be a driver by the name of George there to pick us up and gave me his number to call him. I called George after clearing customs and he said that he would not be our driver, and instead gave me a different name and a different phone number. I called Mike back and told him the situation and asked when the driver would be there. He then said that this guy wouldn't be my driver either and gave me ANOTHER name and phone number. This driver finally arrived about 30 minutes later. On top of all of this, both drivers we had were on the phone the ENTIRE 45 minute ride and were swerving all over the road. It was quite scary. Yikes! Consistently late and gives you the run around. I am a travel agent and would not use this service again, nor would I suggest it to any of my clients.

Lucky for me, Gina answered the phone. She was a calming voice, who found a driver that had just dropped off another customer not far from the pickup address. She scheduled our pickup time for 11:00, with the driver, Daniel, arriving at 10:42. The trip took ~3 hours, but Daniel made the journey easy for my family members. They are very appreciative of his kindness (and so am I). Overall, Gina and Daniel made a great impression on all of us. I sincerely appreciate their kindness and expeditiousness during this stressful time. Should we need car service again in the future, Destination MCO will be my first call.
