Our flight arriving at MCO was late, but our driver was patiently waiting and guided us to baggage claim. We had requested a booster seat and a car seat, and both were installed and ready to go prior to getting to the car. We booked a Suburban for our trip and it was spotless. We took advantage of the grocery stop on our way to our hotel - our driver brought us to Publix, as requested. This was such a great amenity! This trip was a surprise for our 6 year old, and I guess she was so excited, she left her backpack with her tablet and her stuffed bunny in the back of the Suburban. We realized this just as the driver was pulling away from the hotel. I called the main number, and the sweet woman who answered put me on hold while she called our driver. Not 2 minutes passed before he was pulling back in and we collected all of her things from the 3rd row seat. Excellent service from start to finish! We will absolutely use them again when we are in Orlando.

I told him that we had Faster to the Fun and would like to be there as early as possible. I called him that morning to verify pick-up time and he said that he would be at the hotel as close to 11 as possible. After an hour of waiting around, he finally got to the hotel at 12:00pm. We did not arrive at the ship until 1:00pm. I was decently disappointed at this point. On the return, we called at 7:30am as requested on the return sheet that Mike gave us. Told him that we would be off the ship by 9:00am. He said there would be a driver by the name of George there to pick us up and gave me his number to call him. I called George after clearing customs and he said that he would not be our driver, and instead gave me a different name and a different phone number. I called Mike back and told him the situation and asked when the driver would be there. He then said that this guy wouldn't be my driver either and gave me ANOTHER name and phone number. This driver finally arrived about 30 minutes later. On top of all of this, both drivers we had were on the phone the ENTIRE 45 minute ride and were swerving all over the road. It was quite scary. Yikes! Consistently late and gives you the run around. I am a travel agent and would not use this service again, nor would I suggest it to any of my clients.

They sent a car to my house and the driver Younnes was a complete professional. Helped with my bags and opened the door for me. I forgot my reading glasses and he turned around for me without hesitation and I was able to retrieve them. I cut it short at the gate but that was my error. He helped me to the curbside check in and asked if I needed any other assistance and I let him know I was all set. He was very pleasant. Since my trip was an overnight stay only I did require a return service the next day and the reservationist at D. MCO was terrific and accomatating. I'm sure lots of people book last minute but they had complete ease with it. I requested Younnes again but he was sadly off that day. However she sent me Hector and he was just as great! He was waiting for me at arrivals of Orlando Airport with a cool little sign on an iPad with my name on it. Much nicer than the Mears people next to him with a hand written sign! I arrived home after a quick business trip and was refreshed with the water they provided and my body was relaxed because the car was a Cadillac with plenty of leg and arm space! Lucky for me, Gina answered the phone. She was a calming voice, who found a driver that had just dropped off another customer not far from the pickup address. She scheduled our pickup time for 11:00, with the driver, Daniel, arriving at 10:42. The trip took ~3 hours, but Daniel made the journey easy for my family members. They are very appreciative of his kindness (and so am I). Overall, Gina and Daniel made a great impression on all of us. I sincerely appreciate their kindness and expeditiousness during this stressful time. Should we need car service again in the future, Destination MCO will be my first call.
