While there we also asked for the MH to be waxed. Fast forward to pick up day. We paid, had the mh brought out and did an inspection of the wash/wax. Since it rains so often here I was expecting water spots everywhere but what I saw was no evidence of washing nor waxing. I went back inside to question the service dept. Jesse immediately brought someone from the detail staff who not only owned up to the fact that they had made a mistake but apologized! I completely understand - stuff happens; sometimes things fall thru the cracks. No one is perfect. But to have CW be so gracious, admit they made a mistake, apologize and refund our money was a breath of fresh air. I would recommend their service dept!

We flew down a day before and Orange Transportation picked us up from our hotel and took us to Port Canaveral. (Driver was on time and very friendly.) The driver even allowed a stop to pick up cases of pop and water for the cruise. Payment was due once we arrived. We paid our balance and some of the gratuity that was due on the return. Once back from our cruise the driver (a different driver) called me to make sure we would be outside. He quickly arrived and loaded our luggage. He drove us back to the airport, where he told me the balance due. The amount was incorrect and he called his boss (who was our first driver) so I could discuss the mistake. While on the phone the owner stated that I did not pay any money toward the gratuity, but only gave him the exact amount. I know that was not possible because the exact amount was $252 and no adults had any singles. That was the reason we decided to pay some toward the gratuity. I did not have the energy or patience to debate back and forth with him. We paid the amount requested and headed on our way. They had great service, however I refuse to patronize a business that is dishonest!

They sent a car to my house and the driver Younnes was a complete professional. Helped with my bags and opened the door for me. I forgot my reading glasses and he turned around for me without hesitation and I was able to retrieve them. I cut it short at the gate but that was my error. He helped me to the curbside check in and asked if I needed any other assistance and I let him know I was all set. He was very pleasant. Since my trip was an overnight stay only I did require a return service the next day and the reservationist at D. MCO was terrific and accomatating. I'm sure lots of people book last minute but they had complete ease with it. I requested Younnes again but he was sadly off that day. However she sent me Hector and he was just as great! He was waiting for me at arrivals of Orlando Airport with a cool little sign on an iPad with my name on it. Much nicer than the Mears people next to him with a hand written sign! I arrived home after a quick business trip and was refreshed with the water they provided and my body was relaxed because the car was a Cadillac with plenty of leg and arm space! Lucky for me, Gina answered the phone. She was a calming voice, who found a driver that had just dropped off another customer not far from the pickup address. She scheduled our pickup time for 11:00, with the driver, Daniel, arriving at 10:42. The trip took ~3 hours, but Daniel made the journey easy for my family members. They are very appreciative of his kindness (and so am I). Overall, Gina and Daniel made a great impression on all of us. I sincerely appreciate their kindness and expeditiousness during this stressful time. Should we need car service again in the future, Destination MCO will be my first call.

There isn't a lot to be said about Canoe Creek Service Station other than like most along the…read moreFlorida turnpike it is a Shell station sitting in the middle of the north and south bound lanes of traffic so you can access from either direction. They have separate truck areas that nicely free up the areas used by passenger cars. It is well run, well organized and friendly. They also carry a good number of convenience items and munchies to munch during your travels.

Our cashier was Aida. I had a few questions regarding our traveling and Aida was so wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable! She was kind and had a great deal of patience and answers to questions we didn't even know we had.
