I ordered my cab the day prior to go to the airport and I was supposed to get picked up at 6:30am I didn't get picked up until almost 7:30 luckily I was shooting to be early to the airport and not on time or I would have missed my flight. The dispatcher and the driver were very nice, it was just extremely frustrating and inconvenient for them to not be in the same page.

At 550am we called Yellow Cab, due to car issues, needed a last minute taxi to Orlando airport for an important business trip. Spoke with Johnny Mac who asked how soon needed, when I explained he said he was sorry but due to the distance of drivers/airport/etc he didn't think they could get there in time. I thanked him and proceeded to review list of other taxi companies. I then received a text from Johnny letting me know if another Taxi co who might be able to get here sooner to help us. What a surprise and a blessing! I was able to call them and my husband did not miss his flight. MR. JOHNNY MAC is an awesome asset to Yellow Cab. His kindness even though he clearly was busy, did not go unnoticed. Even though we were unable to utilize Checker Cab I would recommend then! I texted Mr Mac to thank him for his kindness, not only did he apologize that he couldn't meet our needs this am, he offered a discount on our next ride. Customer Service at its finest!! Thanks Checker Cab and Mr. Mac!!

I called the day before pick up was needed to arrange a 9:15am pickup. No issue with scheduling and a flat rate that was $10 less than what we paid from the airport to the vacation house. Chester picked us up in Windsor Hills in Kissimmee at exactly 9:15am. He loaded our bags for us and was extremely professional. The taxi was clean and well maintained. We got to the airport, no problems, gave a 20% tip and still paid less than the cab that picked us up at the airport, got lost, and was generally the opposite in every way of Boogie's. I was worried that there were only 5 reviews. Don't be worried. This is a good choice for transportation.
