"What you mean" "What's the problem" I'm not one for posting reviews but goodness they took a white dress shirt and marked it the heck up. I politely said, look, this looks to be a goner at this point (not expecting but an acknowledgment, perhaps an apology) but the response I got was pretty much, what are you talking about? Great prices,but they are deceptive, I had a chocolate ice cream drip on the front pocket of my shirt. I told the clerk and she said they make a best effort to remove stain (never had an isue before anywhere else) and it was an extra $3.75 to do it. She asked if I wanted to , and I said yes (I wasn't going to throw out a good shirt over $3.75). I come back and the stain is almost in the same state and I bring it to the clerk's attention, and her attitude was "oh well" money wasted right? I get home, take the shirt into laundry room spend 3 minutes scrubbing with a tooth brush and 'SHOUT!' I wash the shirt and it comes out no problem no damage. I take shirt and receipt back to shop see a different person, tell the story show the result and ask for my $3.75 back as it obviously was not done. He refuses saying he didn't know what the situation was, like I would lie for $3.75. I explained to him that I would not do business there anymore and that he would lose approximately $1000 per year from me alone. He still refused. I collected my things and told him that was no way to treat a customer. Now I will go to someone else. Their loss for being deceptive and ignorant. read more

I took my kids' Pottery Barn Teen quilts and shams for laundering. BIG MISTAKE. One quilt was so faded, and pilled that it is damaged. On the other set, the sham colors no longer matched the quilt. Faded, different. I'm not sure if they dry cleaned in error or if they used a harsh detergent or something with bleach. At the end if the day. I paid over $70 for laundering services. And 3 out of 4 items came back faded or damaged. Owner refused to acknowledge responsibility and wouldn't even reimburse me for the dry cleaning service that was below par. Awful. I had been coming here for about 6 months with no incident but I would not trust them to do anything else for me. They treated me poorly and I would not do business with someone who treats me so condescendingly. I will take my business elsewhere and I would urge others to proceed with caution. read more

Recently started bringing my shirts and suits here and they're WONDERFUL. Clothes are back same or next day, they catch stains and buttons missing and the prices are a LOT lower than the other two places nearby. There I have to wait 3-4 days and I pay 1.75 per shirt instead of ~1.00. Why they're not SWAMPED with business is beyond me. read more

I've been a regular customer for the past 10 years. Good customer service and always came through on tight turn around times. They've also pulled their fair share of miracles for me on stains I didn't think would come out or tailoring suits. A good tailor and cleaners is hard to find so I highly recommend them. read more

The worst! It is basically a bait and switch deal. Sign out front say coats 5.00 however, the owner will tell you to read the fine print. Who drives down a major highway reading the fine print? Its 10.00 for two. He told me to take off my coat and have it cleaned as well. Yeah, super cold and I'm going to leave the coat I am wearing to have you clean it. I left and went across the street and had a coat cleaned for 5.00. This was the second (and last) time I will ever go there. The first time he told me he had to charge me extra to clean blouses.. again, the sign says 99 cents., yet i paid more. the quaity sucked, all the seams were pressed in a crocked manner. I hope they go out of business. They are the WORST. I wish I could give them zero stars. read more

I take over 20 shirts there on a regular basis, never had a problem in the 7+ yrs, except this last time. All my white shirts came back with a pinkish tint. I informed owner and was told there's nothing they can do about it, they didn't do it, and I showed them their tag is still on all the shirts button holes. I thought maybe he would even attempt to check into the issue, but he refused to even consider it. After 7+ yrs, I'm finished with them due to poor customer relations. read more

I would give 0 stars if i could. Guy at the front took my blazers and told me $8, when I turn in my ticket he says it's now $10?! When I question him about it he gets a angry with me. Tells me he doesn't need my type of customer. Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible customer service and it seems to be a history of bait and switch with prices. read more

"These people" aren't foolish" as the prior reviewer says. This business has been going downhill for awhile and I finally had enough. DON'T go there is all I can say. And if you do make sure you don't have anything buttoned!! They will tell you to go elsewhere if you complain since they "have 10,000 other GOOD customers" Missing items, bad stains from ironing over obvious items in pockets, new stains from WHATEVER, it's just a mean place now. Used to be nice. Don't get hooked by pricing-go elsewhere. After all they don't need your business. read more

This place is terrible. I took a blouse and specifically asked the man at the counter if I could have in back the next day and I was told yes after 2 Pm. I went back the next day after 2 and was told it wouldn't be back until the following day. I was going out of town and wanted to take the blouse along. The woman who was at yhr counter the next day said no one should have told me I could have ut back by 2 the following day. Silly me, I decided to give these guys another try a few months later. I took a pair of pants in to be dry cleaned. The cleaning instructions were dry clean only and to iron inside out with a cool iron. The woman told me that they could not turn the pants inside out to press them. I'm done with this place never going back. Poor customer service. read more
