Now as far as maintenance... well that's another story. Came here sometime last year to get my oil changed and I waited 3 hours!! before I asked for an update. The lady that was my service advisor was very rude and unprofessional when I asked for an update. Literally have no idea why she was so rude, it was a genuine concern why it took 3 hours for my oil to be changed. I come today to get an oil changed and before I had handed over my car, I mentioned that my Washer Fluid light kept coming on and even after filling it up, it would turn off and than a few minutes later it would turn back on. The guy helping me was...not sure how to describe it but mumbling much of the time and it was very hard to hear/ understand him. I waited AGAIN 3 hours and asked for an update. This guy was vey hard to understand and he mentioned how my Coolant tank was completely empty and I had no coolant, don't know much about cars, but I do know that couldn't have been possible (the fact that I had no coolant) because my car would have overheard on the drive over (a good 30 minutes from my house). I went back and forth with him asking questions and could hardly get any proper information out of him. In the end the technician that was working on my car, pulled me into the back and "showed me" what he did. Basically saying he checked my coolant for any leaks, and said I had none. And that he filled my tank up. He also stated that my washer fluid tank had fluid in it. I then proceeded to explain my coolant was never "leaking" from my knowledge but I had thought it was my washer fluid. As the light kept turning on and there would be nothing in the tank. Not sure if they really weren't understanding what I was saying, or they were just avoiding the issue but I had to leave for school. 5 minutes down the road my washer fluid light turned on again :/

I waited in the lounge, scrolled through posts, and surfed the net while I waited. Got texted with inspection notes and recommend services, but I declined. After an hour and half later, they texted me and said they were done. I paid the bill in the counter and left. The service staff are friendly and helpful, but the prices here are very expensive. But they get the job done and I trust them because this is the place where I bought my car. For other advanced services, I might look elsewhere for cheaper prices and still reliable. But if you are looking for reliability and friendly staff, Autonation is still good. Overall: B

Your daughter messages them from a different phone number and asks if it's still available. They say it is and tell you to come on down today to see the car. You say ok, please send a video or pics of the interior and I will come today. They then say the car is being "reconditioned" and won't be ready to show until Wednesday. This happened twice on the same car with two different salespeople and same vin number. Don't waste your time.

The service adviser Robert Poley ('Robbie') was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. His attitude was awful and horrible; He was very combative and demeaning in his answers to simple questions I had about the service and the warranty for my truck. When I asked about the warranty for my truck and whether it might fall under the extended warranty option I purchased, he said no and then proceeded to tell me that I should have read the fine print before buying it. I told him that it was kind of wrong that I am paying $919.00 a month for this truck and also an extended warranty that I purchased, which is an extra payment of $154.00 a month. His quick reply answer was 'its not his problem, didn't care' and that 'I should have read the fine print because that's my problem'. Robbie is very unprofessional and a complete douche bag and asshole. He is very confrontational and argumentative. A person like this should not be working in a customer service role there at GREENWAY FORD. I am a Veteran who served this country and if you are also a brother or sister who served this country STAY AWAY FROM GREENWAY FORD. Us as Veterans, even though we don't announce who we are everywhere we go, when we hear of wrongful treatment given to our current or former military service members; We stay away from those businesses out of the utmost respect for each other. I am asking my Veteran brothers and sisters to STAY AWAY from GREENWAY FORD. People don't understand, GREENWAY FORD here in ORLANDO FLORIDA and most Ford Dealers are franchise companies that aren't even owned or managed by Ford itself. They are owned by private owners. So when you call Ford Company Headquarters with complaints and issues, Ford will not back it's dealers because there affiliation goes as far as the name and the vehicles. That is the reason why you have so many unprofessional service advisers and salesman and disheartening treatment from these companies because they know they can get away with treating a customer like trash since Ford won't do anything about it. Just because there is a Ford sign on the building doesn't mean its owned by Ford. So do your due diligence and before you purchase a Ford vehicle or truck, find out who owns the dealership, so you don't find yourself in the same predicament that myself and millions of others have had to endure and encounter. Needless to say, I did not get my truck serviced that morning and I am in the process of going to a Chevrolet and GMC dealer for all my future vehicle purchases after being a long time, loyal, Ford truck owner for over 40 years.

She signed the paperwork on 8/1 "to hold the car" as she was told? I am posting this out of principle. RICARDO is the manager who made this decision. The paperwork is fact being signed before the school deal ended. Mr Ricardo, I hope you read this and make restitution for my friend. This occurrence is the very reason why the public do not trust car dealers, and this matter cannot get any more factual. You needed to do the right thing and honor my friend with the $941 credit as she would not have ever been there WITHOUT ME PRAISING YOUR CAR DEALERSHIP THOUGH IT WAS UNDER A DIFFERENT MANAGER LAST YEAR WHEN I BOUGHT MY OWN VEHICLE. Sales people are there at the end of the day to get you to buy a car. I will say, I don't have too many negatives about this place. There are a couple gripes I have but they are small and over all, I was treated with respect and the people are friendly, even when I came in and thought I was going to change my mind and exchange my vehicle for something cheaper, they were nothing but nice to me. Khaleed, Dallip and Omar were the ones who helped me. And they were thorough with everything including the loan process and the price. Prices for vehicles are higher than ever so that in it self was stressful but that has nothing to do with the service and the people I worked with. The only thing I would have loved is if the process was sped up a bit (but that was no ones fault and it comes with the territory) and if they changed the music. They played house music all day. So for 7 hours that's what I listened to. It might be a sales tactic to try to get people to buy a vehicle. Who knows. Overall, this place is worth a look.
