I went to GREENWAY FORD on Colonial Drive in Orlando, for a service appointment on Wednesday August 19th, 2026 at 7:00am. The service adviser Robert Poley ('Robbie') was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. His attitude was awful and horrible; He was very combative and demeaning in his answers to simple questions I had about the service and the warranty for my truck. When I asked about the warranty for my truck and whether it might fall under the extended warranty option I purchased, he said no and then proceeded to tell me that I should have read the fine print before buying it. I told him that it was kind of wrong that I am paying $919.00 a month for this truck and also an extended warranty that I purchased, which is an extra payment of $154.00 a month. His quick reply answer was 'its not his problem, didn't care' and that 'I should have read the fine print because that's my problem'. Robbie is very unprofessional and a complete douche bag and asshole. He is very confrontational and argumentative. A person like this should not be working in a customer service role there at GREENWAY FORD. I am a Veteran who served this country and if you are also a brother or sister who served this country STAY AWAY FROM GREENWAY FORD. Us as Veterans, even though we don't announce who we are everywhere we go, when we hear of wrongful treatment given to our current or former military service members; We stay away from those businesses out of the utmost respect for each other. I am asking my Veteran brothers and sisters to STAY AWAY from GREENWAY FORD. People don't understand, GREENWAY FORD here in ORLANDO FLORIDA and most Ford Dealers are franchise companies that aren't even owned or managed by Ford itself. They are owned by private owners. So when you call Ford Company Headquarters with complaints and issues, Ford will not back it's dealers because there affiliation goes as far as the name and the vehicles. That is the reason why you have so many unprofessional service advisers and salesman and disheartening treatment from these companies because they know they can get away with treating a customer like trash since Ford won't do anything about it. I wish I could give this dealership and collision center zero stars because that's what they deserve. A business representing the Ford name should provide timely, professional service, but this location does not. I brought my vehicle to the collision center to be repaired, and it quickly became clear they were too busy to handle the work. Instead of completing the repairs in a reasonable timeframe, they charged an excessive daily storage fee while my vehicle sat there. It felt like collecting storage fees was a higher priority than actually repairing my car. Unfortunately, it was easier for them to evaluate my car as a total loss than to have it repaired and the parts to be replaced. The labor for my repair was worth more than the cost of the parts, yet the delays made it seem like my vehicle wasn't a priority. If this location cannot handle the volume of customers it accepts, it should be honest about its capacity instead of making customers pay the price through unnecessary delays and storage charges. Honestly, if I could rate this dealership ZERO stars - I would. My time was not only truly wasted but also extremely concerning, especially as a woman. Initially, I was in touch with a salesman - Omar. I was set to see a vehicle on a Friday directly after work and appraise my current vehicle for trade. When I walked in with my child, I was on the phone with my bank in order to speak about financing options through them; I politely remained outside to finish my phone call where I felt like I was being circled by a shark via a salesman that I assumed was who I spoke with in the beginning. To my surprise it wasn't, the salesman was named Travis. Everything was going fine in the beginning. I looked at the original vehicle I was interested in but wasn't keen so I started to look at others. Eventually I went on a test drive with Travis and stated I was interested in a car even though it was above my budget. When Travis came back with the numbers, my vehicle was appraised $6.5k less than another dealership so that was a hard no and stated I would only trade my vehicle if it was for the same appraisal I had already received within 14 days. After stating to Travis I wouldn't accept anything less than that he went to go and speak with upper management. Upon Travis' return, he provided me with yet again another number under what I asked which resulted in another hard no. I explained to Travis there wasn't any way I was going less than what I wanted, I was then asked to sign the appraisal paper if he could get my number to "ensure I do business with them" - I refused so again.. he left. He came back a 3rd time with another offer, again not at what I asked for... I then told Travis he could call me if they could come to a conclusion of an offer of what I wanted but I would like my keys so I may go home and get dinner for me as well as my child. Travis continued to ask me multiple times what could be done to get my business *that night* - I stated multiple times that there wasn't anything happening tonight, I needed to go home, which resulted in me having to ask Travis THREE TIMES to provide me with my keys. He finally went to go and get my keys however it was taking longer than it should've, so I got up to go and physically find him. Instead of grabbing my keys, he was grabbing a person from management as another attempt at keeping my business. I proceeded to ask Travis a FOURTH TIME for my keys, while the manager was asking how they could obtain my business and was told I wanted what I asked for as well as not to have to ask for my keys 4 different times. Upon obtaining my keys and proceeding out to the parking lot, I was then followed by Travis who was still asking what he could do to earn my business. I was yet again adamant that there was no business to be had that night, and he could call me if they came to the number I was seeking. After leaving the dealership, I was called four times in total back-to-back by Robert Gomez, and my initial salesman, Omar which I didn't answer. I then received a text from Omar asking me, "what happened" and why I "didn't like the car" I test drove. I told Omar I was certain he was aware of what happened, however Omar continued to play as if he didn't know. I proceeded to tell Omar what happened, even asking if he would allow his adult daughter to go to this dealership after the treatment I received, to solely obtain a response of "I'm sorry" but "I can make the process smoother for you so when is a good time to come in?" - not a single answer to my question. Ford has been a go-to in my family since the 1960s as my grandfather worked his entire career and retired with Ford, the man was on the team who built the very first Mustang for goodness sakes, all while continuing to be their biggest fan until he passed. I truly thought I would be in good hands, but I was unfortunately extremely let down while simultaneously feeling like I was being held in the building without an option to leave. Zero stars! Went to inspect a used vehicle for a young lady (pre purchase inspection). During the inspection, I found a trouble code pointing towards an issue with the infotainment center on the car (a known/expensive issue for these models). The salesman was extremely unprofessional during the entire process. He stated the code was due to a phone cord not being connected. As a certified mobile mechanic, I immediately knew this was not true. I pleaded for a few more minutes to discuss the situation with the young lady but the salesman was EXTREMELY RUDE AND PUSHY. It came to the point where he yelled across the parking lot "are you gonna buy the car or not?!". Mind you this was in front of customers as well. The young lady and myself were immediately anxious and uncomfortable. I do multiple inspections a month and NEVER seen such unprofessionalism... read more

As a service center for my Mach-E, stellar. I didn't have the highest expectations, and I always brace myself from any sort of "upsell" when it comes to bringing my car in. Especially an EV - there really isn't too many things that need to be fixed compare to an ICE vehicle. Hey, if you're surprised by this five stars, to be honest, I'm probably the most surprised by it, and I'm writing this review. The absolutely positive pros: - Pick up and delivery. No hassle. Same day for me which I had actually expected to maybe not have my car for a couple of days, worst case. They picked it up a few minutes past our scheduled pick up time at 7am (no issues being late, it was only about 10-15 mins) and dropped it back off at around 10am. QUICK! - Text communication. They did try calling me but I missed it, then texted me something, so I replied via text and we just communicated from there. PERFECT FOR WRITERS LIKE US THAT HATE PHONE CALLS! Thank you for this option. - No upsell. CRAZY right. Like, not even a hint of just. Just confirmed what I wanted to do, and knocked it out of the park. No additional costs, hidden fees, etc. As honest as you can get, even for a normal business, let alone a car dealership. - Great customer service. They gave me a complimentary bottle of windshield fluids upon drop off. Wild that they just gave stuff for free. I feel like I robbed them considering everything that I go for this service. I purchased a Ford F-150 from Greenway Ford on November 1, 2025, and this dealership has been nothing short of incompetent. I bought this vehicle out of state, while residing and registering the vehicle in Texas, which makes their failure even more unacceptable. They dragged out the deal over insurance despite Texas law allowing 30 days to obtain coverage. Even then, they still failed to do their job properly and made me return on November 12, 2025 to sign documents they somehow forgot the first time. To make matters worse, the deal didn't get finalized until December 2, 2025. A month and 1 day after I initially bought my vehicle. After nonstop back-and-forth from November 2025 through today, January 2, 2026, my truck is still not legally registered. Greenway Ford never transferred my license plate, and the Texas DMV has confirmed they have zero record of any paperwork being submitted by Greenway Ford on my behalf. My license plate is not registered to my vehicle, months after purchase. On top of this, Jorge, the finance manager, was unprofessional and disorganized, and it took over a month just to mostly finalize the deal. Yet, the most basic responsibility, vehicle registration, remains unresolved. Buying a vehicle out of state already requires attention to detail. Greenway Ford failed at even the basics. This experience shows a complete lack of organization, accountability, and respect for the customer. I strongly advise taking your business elsewhere. read more

Over 8 months our vehicle was in and out of the Greenway Ford Service Department at least 10 times with no solution to the problem. After 60+ days of service, the Greenway Ford Service Manager informed us by email the following, "Unfortunately we can't find a fix to this or the cause". The service department here is an absolute mess. I wouldn't recommend it under any circumstance. They communicate poorly about the status of repairs and are disorganized. After having my vehicle for 3 days without any updates, they text me at 4:15pm on Friday to tell me repair will take more time. They offer me to come pick up a rental, but don't tell me the rental facility closes at 5pm. I arrive just after 5pm and they tell me to come back tomorrow to get a rental vehicle. I spent $70 in Ubers getting there and back to my home for no reason. When repairs were done, they left parts of my vehicle still disassembled. They also left their tools in my vehicle and asked me to bring the tools back to them. I left a review of my experience with Ford and the service manager calls me to "make it right." He offers me FordPass points as an apology, but then states "but only if you give another review with 5 stars. It's sort of a bribe." I decline and he states that he'll still put the points in my account. I then provided a follow up review with less than 5 stars and surprise, there are no FordPass points. Not to mention that the manager looked me up online and found my business prior to reaching out to me. He made multiple references to my business during our conversation. This felt very inappropriate. I will give them credit, they did finally repair the vehicle. But this certainly isn't the experience anyone rational consumer expects when needing service on their warrantied vehicle. read more

This dealership plays it old school. Old school as in as soon as you're greeted their fact finding questions are what are you looking for and do you have a trade-in. If you're unfortunate enough to have a trade-in hold on to your keys. They play the old snatch your keys away and hide them behind the manager's desk or throw your keys on top of the roof sleazy tactic to make sure you can't escape. While other dealerships I have looked at have offered me $6,000 for my trade-in these fine sales folks low-balled me with $3,000. Ridiculous and despicable! After telling them that I wanted to see a Ford Bronco they directed me to a newer version of what I was already driving. They really need a new team of sales people and/or a professional new sales trainer to fix their ways. I suppose that is only wishful thinking on my part. I'll start by saying this is by far in fact it's not even close. The worst Ford dealership I've ever dealt with, a month and a half ago, I put $1000 deposit down on a new Ford maverick. That deposit was made to Greenway Ford. Because of the spec of the car, it was not available anywhere in the US at the time. So, I kept searching, a week ago. I found the spec I was looking for at another dealer located in Florida. So, I told them I was going to purchase that particular truck from them directly. And went back to Greenway Ford requested my thousand dollar deposit to be returned. At first, I was denied and they told me that I could not have my thousand dollar deposit back. I was appalled when there was no contract, I told the sales person that if I did not get acknowledgment that day about my deposit that I would have my attorney contact them the next day. Later that day, I heard from the sales person again who said I processed your request. Well, that doesn't mean a whole lot, so I requested that their accounting department be involved and send me something acknowledging the return of the deposit. The next day, I did receive that with a notice it said it's gonna take 2 to 5 weeks for you to get your check. Now that's absurd, they're keeping my money to use it and they're mad because they didn't make a sale. I filed a complaint with Ford motor customer service department. But I'm here to warn you. This is the most unorganized dealership I've ever dealt with. I asked the sales person for a build sheet on the car and a window sticker to this day I never ever ever received it. I called the general manager and left the lady a message politely, I never heard from her. If you're gonna buy a Ford, I would recommend that you go to another dealer and look for a better deal. When we came in last Friday, we felt a little uncomfortable but walked away with what we thought was a pretty good deal for a 2019 Hyundai Tucson that my husband purchased with me as a co-signer. We were told the financing was fine but if anything we would just come back and re sign paperwork, no big deal. We called for a week, left messages because we hadn't heard from our finance company, thinking that was weird so we stopped in today to speak with someone at financing. Molly at the front desk was lovely, everyone else treated us as though we were a nuisance. Turns out the contract we signed hadn't been finalized and our new deal upped our interest rate by 10% with payments over $100 a month than we signed for. We already paid the six month car insurance premium. There was nothing they could do. We were completely screwed while they smiled. We then asked for the second key that we paid $500 per the contract and were told they didn't have one and we had to come by on a Tuesday before the end of the month to have it made. Meanwhile I work 12 hour days and my husband works on the other end of town. If you see their plentiful inventory on their website, keep scrolling. If you see their sign on the side of the road, keep driving. I'd recommend purchasing a bike from someone on the side of the road before purchasing a vehicle from this company. read more

Beware: Ford does not support their cars older than 10 years old I am absolutely appalled by Ford Motor Company's lack of support for their own products. I contacted one of the largest Ford dealerships in my area to inquire about service for my 24 year old Ford mustang, which required pulling the transmission. To my shock, I was told that the dealership would not work on any Ford cars older than 10 years. This is beyond disappointing -- it shows a complete disregard for customers who have remained loyal to the brand. It seems Ford's idea of loyalty is one-sided, as they clearly don't stand by their vehicles once they reach a certain age. I then called Ford corporate headquarters to ask if this was an official policy, and I was told that dealerships are independently owned and operated, and they can do whatever they want. So not only does Ford fail to honor their own products, but they also refuse to take responsibility for the poor service provided by their dealerships. When I called, I was given a "case number" and when I asked for the results or the notes from our discussion so that I could indeed show this to anyone who asked, I was told I would need a court-ordered subpoena to see their records, so zero transparency from Ford also in their communications with customers. This lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and brand loyalty is unacceptable. People need to be aware that Ford does not stand behind their cars once they're past a certain age, and they don't offer the support you'd expect from an iconic American brand. Don't expect any real help or service for your Ford if you've owned it for more than 10 years. I certainly won't be buying another Ford after this experience. read more

One of the worst car buying experience of my life. They have no clue what they are doing here. First everything is agreed and negotiated ahead of time, A-plan purchase, Provided Pin and insurance info ahead of time and I was to come in and sign and leave. I arrive and waited two hours before seeing finance, get into finance and acted like this was the first time they heard of this deal and had to go get info and create it with me in the office, 45 minutes of the back and forth before I was finally able to leave. Even after all that, still didn't have the contract and was told it would be sent via docusign. Next day I get the docusign, then a week later more docusign, then a day later another.. then come the texts about my A plan providing info I already provided, wanting my sponsor's life history and I'm still waiting for the money from my trade over a week later. Service is terrible. Feel like our car is being held hostage. We dropped our car off two weeks ago and they still aren't done and haven't given us an estimate of time. It is unfeasible that it takes this much time for a repair, they must not have enough staff or other cars are being done ahead of ours. Communication is non existent, they use a messaging system which they don't check regularly and never respond. They told us we needed to do a repair, my husband told them to do it at 10 am one day and they messaged us the same thing the next day not reading the message previously to do it losing a day of working on the car. You try and call and you can't get a real person on the phone, instead you have to leave a message. Funny they have a Hertz rental car service attached to the dealership, but if you don't get an estimate of how long they are going to have it how do you know how long you need a rental, which you shouldn't need anyways. We have always been ford owners and are looking to get a new car but this lack of service and communication is forcing us to look at other dealers as this is unacceptable. read more

This has got to be the worse dealership I have ever dealt with, I found a vehicle listed for 13,900 dollars, I asked for the "real price" with everything included and the end result even after a 2,000 discount (total lie), the 13,900 dollars somehow turned into a total price of 19,900 dollars, not even including any financing charges yet, they had at least 3-4 different fees and another fee they termed as "luxury upgrade" fee, dealer fee, paperwork fee, etc...etc..., so a listed false price of 13,900 dollars turned into right about 20,000 dollars for a 10 year old BMW with high mileage. Just read the reviews, don't waste your time, these guys are like a mob outfit when you visit the dealership, more like a gang of ruthless liars then decent honest folks. The managers are even worse than the sales folks, so when you visit the sales person has no authority to do anything, they sit you down at a table for hours at a time and walk back forth to the sales manager with your offer, you can see them laughing and joking since they have no intent to accept any other offer then there listed price and extreme dealer fees, so there is no negotiations at all, the sales person acts like he is trying to help you but they are just laughing at you and they will take 30-45 minutes before they return to you and say, sorry my manager can't do that, then the manager will come over and be rude and condescending, and will not move on any price. Had my car serviced on Friday. Harold was great to work with. Had an issue today / took it back to service and worked with Ivanna. She also has great customer service skills. I believe this issue will be taken care of as well so I have zero complaints. read more
