Hours after dropping my car off to do this test, they call me with an appalling list of things needed to be fixed in my car to the tune of over $3,500. One of which was leaking coolant, which I had fixed less than a year ago elsewhere. I went to my last mechanic to use the warranty from this repair. However, he was able to physically show me that there was no leak. I went to check everything else on this list of repairs Everything Automotive claimed I needed, and only 2 of the 5 repairs were actually true. I agreed to get my mirror changed at Everything Automotive and nothing else. But the owner wouldn't take my no for an answer on getting everything they listed repaired, and tried pressuring me to scare me saying my car was a ticking time-bomb. It wasn't. When I came to get my car an hour after the full diagnostics I didn't ask for was finished, the owner said he needed more time to "do what he needed to do still." Slightly concerning since there was nothing we agreed to repair yet, and of course when leaving, my car ran worse than it did when I got there. As a girl alone in Florida as I finish up my education, it's so disappointing to see the lengths people will go to swindle others. The owner states to have helped lots of fellow students from my school which worries me how many other people were suckered into spending money on things they didn't need from here. Do yourself a favor, and find an honest mechanic like Vimar up the block across the street from Full Sail University to help you with all your needs!

The problem of the car was the battery so he checked my battery replaced it since I had warranty and when I asked if he could recheck the diagnostic he did and even erased check engine light since the problem was the battery. The fact that he took his time made me feel at peace with the situation and made sure I was able to leave satisfied is beyond what he should have done. If you come to location ask for him you won't regret it. They had more diagnostics techs on staff so more flexibility in scheduling an appointment-something I needed sooner than later. The team itself was very efficient, offering the friendly, casual atmosphere. Though I said they could have the day they attended to my vehicle right away and finished in a shorter time frame than other locations I've been to. Also the manager took time to come out and say hello when I was checking out which is always appreciated and adds a personal touch and confidence boost that this is indeed a location that will do what needs to be done and fairly. Pricing was fair and in line with industry, Unfortunately my issue was not able to be corrected at the location due to it being more electrical in nature (they actually waived the diagnostic for me since unable to assist) but they did provide me recommendations on where to go for next steps. This is how I'd prefer it- instead of a branch simply tackling the project on their own and charging for things that would not actually help to get money and just to patch up to move the customer on the way to find more trouble down the road (literally). I'll definitely be returning personally when my next car need arises. If you're not sure of whether this location is or isn't for you I recommend giving them a go!

We have two Odysseys (don't ask, big family) and both were coming up on the dreaded 100,000 mile engine maintenance schedule. I say dreaded because no matter where you take it or even doing it yourself, it will cost a lot. With HPR, however, I know I can trust them to do quality work with OEM parts and not overcharge for their work. It is a huge job. They got work done in a timely fashion and for a really fair price, especially considering the pride they took in their work. But you do have to get on their schedule. They are in demand.

After visiting the shop, having the technicians look under the hood, and talking with Hector (the owner) my friend decided to have Hondapro do the work. They were able to order the parts and do the work the following day. They saved my friends at least $500 and the air conditioning puts out the cold air, which is not a luxury in Florida but a necessity. Especially with small children. My friends will go back to Hondapro to keep their older Honda on the road
