Whether you pull up in a Rolls-Royce or a Toyota Tercel, you'll get the same level of respect and service. That consistency matters. Most of my visits have been for window tint, and I usually go with their FormulaOne Stratos film, which has always come out flawless. This time, I decided to go all in with full tint and Ceramic Pro. Part of the Ceramic Pro package includes paint correction, and they absolutely nailed it. The finish on my car came out incredible, deep, clean, and better than I expected. The tint was just as perfect. There's a reason this place has a perfect Yelp score. They've earned it.

They quickly responded, asking me why I wanted to tint etc, once I explained why, they emailed me a detailed quote and broke down doing the roof separate from the windows. I visited the shop this morning to see what I thought and what tint value I wanted. This place is super clean with a Q-U-A-L-I-T-Y waiting area with soda and chips. The people who work there are super friendly and knowledgable about what they are doing with tint. I had them to the sunroof glass panels only with the mid grade ceramic and not that dark either. The result is amazing how much heat is coming off the glass into the cars interior, it's like night and day. So, I would highly recommend this business to anyone and everyone. I am not easy to please when it comes to work like this.

After I pickup my supra I noticed the exhaust sound wasn't consistent which Flow Master and lifted the car to discover a generic no brand muffler and very poor welded job. When I confronted Omar, he said that despite my muffler not saying it was a Flow Master. I called Flowmaster the company to confirm, and they let me know they do not create Flowmaster mufflers without the Flowmaster brand emblem. Advance Muffler also had installed a 'magma flow" muffler on my son's Acura Integra a few months back so I also lifted his car to find that his muffler was also generic with no brand markings. I spoke to Omar about the situation and he refunded my Supra install and stated he is not a muffler guy and didn't know. I believe this shop often claims to sell you brand name mufflers, like Flowmaster at a premium price and installs generic no name mufflers not expecting customers to ever check.

He parked in the garage and set to work repairing the cracks and afterwards, sealing it. Total time was probably half an hour to an hour, and in the meanwhile he answered all our questions, and even offered us some tostada style chips covered in churro seasoning. The repair was finished in no time, and he was very honest about what it would look like and if it would disappear (spoiler alert: was a bad hit so it won't be invisible unfortunately) It was fine to me. You know, there aren't a lot of companies out there, that hold true value to the work they do. VIP Auto Customs, is not that company. Customer service, and quality go hand in hand with them. There is no other company in Southern California that I trust for my window tint. I don't mind having to drive an hour to them to get my windows tinted...Absolutely worth it. Oscar and Rene are on top of their game 100%. I opted to go with the 3M Colorstable limo for the back half, the Crystalline 40% for my 2 front door and Crystalline 70% for my windshield. These guys did not disappoint. 100% flawless job. I personally know what these guys and this company is capable of. This is a family run business, father and son, both are very easy to work with. I just purchased a red Nissan 370Z that I plan driving to Virginia later in the year. Wanting to protect the paint on the car, I had them do a full warp with XPEL. Besides doing the usually pre-wash they were kind enough to do a paint correction. The warp was done so well it's very difficult to locate the seams. After completing the warp they even put a layer of wax on the car. (I believe they posted a picture on Instagram.) This is the ONLY place to tint your vehicle. If you follow their Post-Tint instructions, your tint will never bubble or peel. You can also haggle them for special tint jobs. They did a fantastic job on my limo tinted station wagon which was my first car to an OUTSTANDING job on my 1970 Cadillac Hearse which had a concave glass cab divider that slid open. I live in the East Bay, and if I had to tint my windows, I am driving all the way to Los Angeles and going to the V I P Center in Pasadena. They are THAT GOOD! read more

These guys are fantastic and very honest! I had no idea why may stereo stopped working. They did a quick diagnostic and fixed it for free. My stereo always always sounded just okay so i decided to buy some new speakers. 20 min later they call me and say I do not need them - the prior store I had install my system just did it wrong - ran 8 speakers thru a 4 channel amp. I found Tint Team on Instagram after seeing their promotion for $250 to tint all four side windows…read more Before booking, I specifically asked one of the owners if they could tint the full rear glass on my Tesla, and he quoted me $150. Based on that conversation, I expected the entire rear glass to be tinted as one continuous piece. After the installation, I discovered the rear glass was done using two separate pieces of tint, creating a visible overlap line in the middle where the glass roof connects to the rear window. When I brought it up, I was told that a one-piece installation wasn't included and that they had "done me a favor." That's not what was communicated before the appointment. I specifically asked if the full rear would be tinted, and the answer was yes. If a one-piece installation wasn't part of the service or required an additional charge, that should have been explained upfront so I could make an informed decision. On top of that, because of how this tint was installed there are very noticeable gaps and bubbles within two months. Clear communication and setting accurate expectations are important. Unfortunately, the finished result and the way my concern was handled left me disappointed, and I can't recommend this shop based on my experience. Bringing my brand new vehicle straight out the lot & to Tint Teams was an absolute mistake. I would never come back here again.

The result is amazing how much heat is coming off the glass into the cars interior, it's like night and day. So, I would highly recommend this business to anyone and everyone. They really stand behind their work as I came to find out when I was sideswiped be aa truck and they reapplied the XPEL wrap. And even thought the insurance covered the damage, we found that the paint and damage was decreased by the wrap. I've recommended Union to friends and all have been satisfied. Also, if you're a car person, it always nice to see all the beautiful car that in for wraps. Not just teslas, but in my last visit Lambos, Ferrari, Rivian, Porsche and various dealer cars.
