Visited the facility in Pasadena and I tell you! Talk about outstanding service! From the first day I stopped in to schedule my appointment for tint work on my vehicle through the moment I left after the service was complete, nothing less than 5-star service! Rene did an absolutely amazing job on my vehicle as far as the tint job was concerned, I never expected the quality to look as amazing as it turned out! He definitely is a true professional and provided unequivocal service. He was also extremely professional when it came to explaining the differences between the different types of tint available for my vehicle and ensured I was clear about what the benefits were for each product. Robert was absolutely outstanding! He is either the Office Manager or owner, either one, talk about taking pride in customer service! The service was going to take about two hours total, so immediately Robert made me feel right at home, they have a small waiting area, which he kindly guided me to and considerately offered me refreshments and the use of their complimentary Netflix subscription on their television. Throughout the service Robert would check on me and ask if I needed anything, additional refreshments, answering of any questions, etc., never for one moment did I feel "forgotten" like one feels in other places. It was because of this attention, the time literally flew by and before I knew it the vehicle was complete and ready to go. Before I left, Robert thoughtfully reminded me of a few important details regarding the tint job and was very thorough as to why these details were in fact important. Another thing I noticed about Robert is that he treats all the customers great! There were a few walk-in customers as well as a few calls and he provided every one of them with great customer service, going into elaborated responses rather than the general "yes we do," or "no we don't" responses you hear at other places. The facility itself may "look" small, but it's very comfortable inside, they have a nice cozy lounge area and it was very clean. You can tell they pay close attention at keeping their facility customer friendly. If you're looking to have your windows tinted, have a sound system put into your vehicle or any other accessory type of service done to your vehicle, I highly, highly recommend VIP Auto Customs, they truly raise the bar when it comes to great quality service and customer care. Went in to have my old bubbly window tint taken off my rear windshield. They did a great job, didn't mess up my defrosters, and left my back window looking sparkling new. Would recommend to anyone in the area who wants a mod done right. I shot them a Facebook message to see what they charged for window tint and I've been to VIP 3 or 4 times since. I literally made a Yelp account just to review them because of how good a job they do. Everyone there is truly respectful. I've had tail light tints that look better than I could ever do, and full tint on the car. Most recently they installed an HID kit on my headlights and foglights. Even though JD didn't have them in stock he assured me that he could get them within the next day. He got them before I could even get there! They are all super proffesional and do a thorough job. You may ask for the price and think it's too much but when the job's done you literally get more than what you expected. All said and done I'm proud to be a part of the VIP family and to have them take care of me. I plan on coming back at the latest during the summer to have them install an exhaust on my baby. Ask them about it they may have already installed the exact exhaust you want which is what happened in my case. I took my 2015 Toyota Corolla by to see if I can get my windows tinted. On the spot gave me a quote and said they could get my car done same day if I could leave it for a few hours. My wifey purchased a new 2013 accord and she bought a amazon local deal for 5 windows so I made an appointment. Arrived for my appointment on time and within 5 minutes they started working on it. After an hour they were done, very professional and left no scratches, or excess scraps of 3M tint. There are a couple of bubbles but waiting to see if it cures itself out. If not, the manager says stop by and they'll fix it. Guaranteed for 3 years from peeling or bubbling so that's a plus. read more

Also, They do not make appointments with Groupon users on weekends so be prepared to call off work. Very disappointed with this company and Groupon. I had to replace the ignition switch of my VW JETTA, and then the remote boot tripped, I went to this workshop because I read very good things about their work on the internet, but ended up being for my very bad desicion, I tell them my bad experience , This happened yesterday, 06/05/17, the person who attended me, saw that the car worked well, that the remote start system was working, but did not recognize the llavey so the car was not kept on, the It was supposed to be simple, they disarmed everything under the steering wheel to reach the alarm, and they started to cut cables and tie with others and that began to worry me a bit, but just as they are the ones who know of this, Came down, from one moment to another I could not start the ignition, nor open the doors, nor activate or deactivate the alarm, and everything is complicated to the point that in the meantime put and remove cables with each other, burned the VSM200 Module completely Ruined the worst of everything Was like the employees took it, you have to replace it with a new module and the value is $ 200.00 dollars, besides they burned the module, evidently not knowing what they were doing, they also wanted me to take responsibility and pay them $ 200.00 dollars, I got very upset because of that, on top of that they burned the module, they asked me for money for having checked the system, which was more absurd for me, when above they did not assume their responsibility for mismanagement, over me they want to charge me for something of That I am not responsible, the most difficult was to discover that the module the manufacturer sells it for only $ 49.00 I simply felt that I was being cheated, today 06/06/17 return to confront them again with the same problem, and show them the real price of the product Direct from the manufacturer, received no answers, just absurd excuses, that the module was burned because the original installation was badly made, but that installation was in 2013 and we are in 2017 never re I found problems with the installation, in the end they told me that they would try to manage a new module for my direct from the manufacturer, that I should receive an email from the manufacturer with a confirmation of delivery, it has been several hours and I still do not receive the mail, I am thinking Which is all a lie to get out of trouble.
