I am disappointed with both the quality of the pool liner and the response I received from the owner following my concerns\. After approximately five years of use, the liner began developing holes in an area that receives direct sunlight\. The affected area does not appear to be sun\-damaged or "sun burnt" in appearance\. When I raised this issue, I was informed that any portion of the liner exposed to direct sunlight must be kept shaded, as prolonged exposure would cause the material to dry out and eventually develop holes\. I was also advised that the only remedy would be a repair costing over $500, along with the requirement to keep the area shaded moving forward\. I do not consider this to be a reasonable expectation\. A pool liner installed in an outdoor environment should be made of materials suitable to withstand normal sun exposure\. In my view, the issue is more likely related to the quality or suitability of the material used rather than sunlight exposure alone\. I also have concerns that the liner may have been installed too tightly, potentially placing unnecessary stress on the material over time\. Additionally, at the time of installation, we observed that the liner appeared to be significantly stretched, which further raised concerns regarding the quality of the installation work\. (Was also told this by the Coordinador Lupe) Given that I paid for a professional installation, I expected the liner to last significantly longer than five years under normal conditions\. Being asked to pay an additional $500\+ for repairs, along with ongoing requirements to shade the area, is not a satisfactory resolution\. Based on my experience, I am not satisfied with either the product quality or the customer service provided\. I would advise others considering this company to ask detailed questions regarding material durability, expected lifespan, and coverage related to sun exposure prior to proceeding\. read more

I like to say I've had my vinyl in ground pool for over 25 years and this will be the 3rd liner replacement. As Shaun told us most liners will last 5,10,and even 19 years!! Wow!!! One of the things that I like about Shaun was he answered any questions we had,And I guess from him being in the business for over 25 years it shows. Nowadays it's hard to trust anyone but Shaun helped my wife and I feel comfortable in our decision, One of the things that I liked about Shaun is he was ready to answer and explain any questions I had concerns for, and there wasn't any long pause for him to think of something to say. He had pictures right there to explain a problem he encountered in his 25 years of doing this. As he said to us my specialty is building pools and Vinyl repair replacements. He dint try to make up something he wasn't sure of BUT he knew people and had there contacts for us to get ahold of them. Needed vinyl pool liner replacement and called several companies they took forever to answer or had to call again, they'd take a message then no one ever called back, very frustrating.
