Such a cute little place. Very good wine. Friendly bartenders. Fun to try different wines. I wish they'd let you sample something before committing to a glass. They offer a 1oz pour if u want to try something. I just got 2 of the 3 oz pours and then got a glass. Would definitely come back.

I'd even venture 4.5+ stars - we had a really delicious meal here last night. Our waiter Robert made the experience even more exceptional! We started with the Brussels sprouts, pear and burrata salad and bone marrow. Everything was amazing - particularly the Brussels and salad. Perfect sized portion - not too gigantic but nice to share (there were 4 of us). For dinner - we had the mussels, tuna tartare, short rib entree and charcuterie. The short ribs were fairly traditional and really delicious. The onion rings in the side were a fun and delicious addition. The tuna tartare was fresh and tasty. The mussels were Thai style - Spivey, creamy and sweet! For the charcuterie - I chose the spicy sopprasatta, prosciutto, Camembert, cheddar and black peppercorn Asiago. It was served with a small hunk of honey comb, a few grapes and cranberry raisin bread. The sopprasatta was to die for. The prosciutto was fine but nothing special. The Camembert was to die for - creamy, silky - just perfect. They need a better cheddar. This wasn't as flaky and crumbly as a good cheddar should be. The peppercorn Asiago was fine - also nothing special. They have a great wine selection. For a wine bar - they also had some delicious cocktail suggestions as well. For dessert - we shared the sticky toffee bread pudding and it was divine. Robert had a great personality - funny, charming, attentive but not overbearing. It was a spectacular experience and I can't wait to take my husband back for a date night

Had an amazing dinner at Vinted with out of town company. Had several apps including the famous truffle risotto balls. They were so impressed. The hummus and fried pita was so delicious and the Brussel sprouts were fried with bacon to perfection. What if my guest had the scallops and really enjoyed them the other guest and I both had a salmon with asparagus and sushi rice. The salmon was cooked perfectly crispy on the top, flaky and moist on the inside. The asparagus mixed with the rice, was such a delicious combination. We had one of the specials for dessert waffle Sunday that we all enjoyed. This vendor and has been coming to Connecticut for seven years and told me this was his favorite restaurant. Great service.

My daughters birthday dinner was held here, and everything tasted ok. The menu is a bit confusing with Asian flavored meals, Italian flavored, semi southern, very hipster. The charcuterie was good but sparse. The ceviche I had was good. My daughter did not like the rice balls as she's used to arancini and these were not even close. Like I said the place is nice, but I think if they stuck to one or two genres it would work better than trying to excel at too many cuisines.

Stopped in for early dinner. Was seated right away I started with the Pear and pecan burrata salad. The flavors were wonderful We tried the risotto balls and while the risotto was food the flavor if the truffle oil was very strong and we did not finish The himmis was very good with scallion pancake as bread. The flavors where very complimentary. We each got the corn chowder one with and nine with out the bacon. The soup was wonderful but the bacon( pork belly) added another complex flavor to the soup And we got a small order if cranberry bread with soup My partner said the wines suggestions were very good. Overall service and food was very good Make reservations just in case We will be back

Vinted wine bar is a lovely spot for a casual date night which is exactly what we did upon our visit yesterday. It's really cozy with bar seating immediately when you walk in with additional seating off to the side. We opted to sit on the side and our waiter Bill was very nice, prompt and helpful with the menu and the immense wine selection they offer. We both opted for the wine flights which were three one ounce glasses of any wine of your choice. My wife opted for some whites while I was a little more adventurous and tried two rose' and a very interesting orange wine. We ordered the infamous Brussels sprouts and the pear salad. The Brussels sprouts lived up to the hype and the pear salad was good and I especially liked the cheese although be careful with the black pepper on top of the cheese which is very forward. For our entrees we ordered the salmon with asparagus, rice and kimchi and I ordered the short ribs with mashed potatoes and carrots. The short ribs were nice and tender and melted in your mouth. The mashed potatoes were ok but the gravy from the short ribs gave it nice flavor. Overall Vinted is a nice cozy spot with an impressive wine collection that I'm sure wine enthusiasts will enjoy. I'm a burbon guy myself but I enjoyed the suggestions Bill reminded.

Stopped in for lunch with my husband for the first time. We had a nice experience, the service was good and the food was good. We really liked the pork belly tacos as they were filled with meat. The cornmeal oysters were really good. The portions were a good size and I am happy we stopped in. The oysters were filling so we didn't need anything else.

Best espresso martini in town! Pear and burrata salad amazing. Tuna tartare delicious. To top it all off espresso creme brulee. The wines are lovely, and plentiful selection. The servers are fantastic and pay attention. The vibe is great for West Hartford!

The ambience and service was great! The food was just ok. Beef tartare preparation was more minced and looked like dog food. The taste was bland. Brussel sprouts were good but drenched with some marinade and had cheddar cheese sprinkled on top. Lastly the Hangar steak was well done instead of medium- no pink.

Tiny wine bar at blue back square. I've walked by it many times. We are not wine drinkers but decided to try Vinted anyway as recommended by colleagues. I'm so glad we did. We sat at the bar and at first it was awkward, we felt out of place as it's pretty stuffy I thought. But after the drinks warmed us up, it got better. I ordered a sangria from The HH menu and it was ok. Maybe I'm used to what I make at home. Ok the truffle fries ...best I've ever had. The fries are perfectly crunchy and airy. I don't know, just get it! The pork belly on the HH menu was so good I ordered the pork belly tacos. I'll go back and try the white sangria next time.

Came here for the first time on a Friday night, was able to sit at the "bar" section right away which was nice. I did not have to wait long. The staff here was very friendly, they gave helpful and honest recommendations of what to order. For my drink I ordered the expresso martini which I enjoyed. Next time I'll definitely have to try their wines given that it is a wine bar. For an appetizer we ordered the hummus which came with scallion pancakes, it was delicious! I highly recommend trying it out. The scallion pancake made it unique. My only complaint was some of the pieces were too salty but others were just right. We also got an order of the Brussels sprouts which were made with maple butter, bacon and smoked Gouda yummm, also a must have. For my entrée I ordered the 24 hour red wine braised short rib. The meat was very tender and tasty. I also enjoyed the mashed potatoes that it came with. My only complaint with that dish was the "seasonal vegetable" they definitely could've done better then ?Pearl onions and sweet peppers. Perhaps broccoli/asparagus/spinach/vegetable medley. Anything but that. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely come back here. Very nice atmosphere within west Hartford.

Went here for happy hour with my mentor. The happy hour is great. Good prices and decent cocktail and app list. Wednesday nights are half priced bottles of wine. We ordered a couple drinks each along with an assortment of appetizers. The hummus is a little oily but very flavorful. Brussel sprouts were nicely charred with plenty of crumbled bacon. The mussels were just ok. Pork belly was sweet and rich but the portion size was pretty small (not bad for the $5 we paid for happy hour) Overall not a bad spot for Blue Back

    Cameron M.

Recently visited for happy hour. The bartender was attentive and kind. The feel of the establishment is small and intimate. The drinks were great. The truffle fries and brussle sports were good but were over-saturated in oil. The chicken sandwich was fine however lacked in flavor. Happy hour pricing was fair.

New Year's Eve dinners/New Year's day brunch specials, in my experiences, have always been a cash grab by restaurants where you would get a decent meal but always leave hungry or the opposite where the price was super extravagant yet food was mediocre at best. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE!!! Food was amazing. Chicken was spiced and fried to perfection. Crunchy without being greasy. I refuse to eat fried chicken in public yet almost human eating this with people around. Juicy meat, 4 piece of half breast, wing, thigh and drummy all meaty. Sides of picked pepper mac&cheese and Cole slaw. My wife tore into that coleslaw like her life depended on it and was everything she's been looking for in a slaw Breakfast burrito was packed full of goodness, substantial. Side of potatoes which could've been a meal in of itself. $19 and well worth it. Brought half home for breakfast the next day. All in all, not only was their value in the prices offered throughout the menu, the food is incredible. Service was amazing. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, good eye for when we needed something without us having to ask. Perfect start to the new year and aching to come back for dinner.
