Currently there are 408 stores in 28 states, several of which are in Florida. Ollie's purchases company liquidations, overstocks, and older items that haven't sold, and resells them in their stores for a discount. You can expect to see name brand items. Ollie's sells a little of everything, cleaning supplies, garden items, books, toys, food, health and beauty, automotive, holiday decorations, home improvements, electronics, flooring, housewares, and so much more. I had previously shopped in the West Palm Beach and Delray stores and they were great for stocking up on hurricane supplies. If there's one thing I've learned through my years working similar jobs in my youth, it's that you should never take your home troubles and bring them into your work attitude. She was very unpleasant, short tempered, and absolutely pissed off to have anyone shopping in this Ollie's Outlet. Of course, I love Ollie's so I'll bear through it. Another time, I was ringed up incorrectly and when I pointed out that my discounts never came off, a different lady showed me a lot of attitude in trying to fix it. There are some sweet folks who work here - I'm not saying all of them are bad. But recently I've really been noticing how negative the work environment has become there. Some of the employees really need to show up to work and just have a good attitude. Some are fine. Either way I love this Ollie's and I'll come back, but it has been pretty bad on that end recently. I would give this 5 stars but a star is getting knocked off for a handful of the employees issues, and if I keep showing up and these issues continue spiraling down, I'll come back and knock another star off.

On 4/14/25 a service tech arrived at my home with the wrong colored legs "again". I expressed my dissatisfaction and once again requested an order be placed for 16 legs for the sectional and 4 for ottoman in Harbor Gray so the dye lots matched. As an alternative solution the tech offered to paint the existing legs out on my driveway. On 4/14 Customer Relations (CR) said a mgr would call me. No Call! On 4/15 I was told the store mgr would call me. No Call! It's nearing one year since the problem began and I continue to get first line of defense reps apologizing and assuring resolution, which included a voicemail on 4/14 saying it's being worked on. I now ask that a person with authority confirm in writing that an expedited order has been placed for ALL legs in the correct color along with a delivery date. In addition I also ask Baers to provide some level of compensation for my time, inconvenience and frustration in the form of either a discount to current order or a credit toward future purchase. SIMPLISTICALLY, this all could have been avoided 10 months ago. I'm hoping for an expedient resolution
