It was just after 7p so we knew repair shops weren't going to be open, but we still had 3 hours of mountain driving ahead and needed some reassurance our car wouldn't blow up if we kept going. Enter Peter at Elite Auto Tech- we called him and even though he offers towing, he didn't try to freak us out into pulling over and getting towed- just told us to swing by and he would check it out for us. Super friendly, capable, honest guy. Checked out our codes, told us if we take it easy we'll be fine, and to get it fixed when we can. Gave us a very reasonable quote if we wanted him to do the work when we came back through town. Cleared our them and sent us on our way in 30min. The lights haven't come back on and he saved our trip!! Would highly recommend! He went above and beyond to help us out in need! I can't say enough about how grateful I am that he made sure that my vehicle would be safe to drive. I know there's good people out there, and Peter is one of those people! I would definitely recommend anybody to him to fix their vehicle.

Also after a battery replacement all the dash lights including the check engine light came on and stayed on. Smelled warm as well. They found out they compressor was fried (my words) and the freon was empty. They found out that a recall done in 21 would have required the dealership to empty the freon and it was unlikely that the freon would have dispated over 5 years when there are no leaks detected. Thanks to them I took the car to the dealership and they fortunately stepped up and replaced the air compressor. They could have just charged to replace the compressor and been done. They didn't even charge for the time it took to figure it out and then delivered the car back to my mom after they made sure everything checked out. All it cost was some pizza delivery.

My car needed a major part and the price terrified me. So.... I took it to Brad's. The price was very fair and the workmanship was meticulous. What was amazing to me was the variety of cars brought in and I eavesdropped on their owner's conversations with the garage personnel. Damn if these guys didn't know everything. I'm no stranger to cars and spent a lot of my younger years totally rebuilding VW bugs. So I do know a thing or two about cars. My confidence in Brad's garage is total and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my friends. Thanks!

Before I could even finish the conversation, I was told, "It sounds like you're shopping around for prices, so goodbye." I wasn't asking for a discount or trying to waste anyone's time--I was simply trying to understand what product they install before spending my money. I think that's a reasonable question for any customer making a purchase. The interaction was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Customer service is just as important as the quality of the work, and based on my experience, I chose to take my business elsewhere.
