I also didn't feel rushed, I browsed the fabric for a while to make sure I picked the right one and they cut it and sold it to me right there. We had such a great experience with Linda there that I had to write a review. They replaced the…read moresoft top on our '06 Miata and it came out beautifully. The only problem was we continued to have water behind the driver's seat as before. They had us bring it back in to find the problem. Long story short the problem was a blocked drain tube (and nothing to do w/the top). They were so kind and went over and above to correct a problem which wasn't in any way connected to the top replacement. The Miata drain tubes are hard to get to and it took them a lot of time and effort to get to them and clean them out but it was done...for free...and with a smile. I hope we don't need their services again anytime soon but would recommend them to all!

Doug discussed it over the phone and suggested my wife and I come in. We were impressed with the roomful of sample catalogues and the prices were reasonable. After the material arrived it was about two months until he was able to get to it. It took him a month or so to finish the work, and the results are excellent. There was a delay while more fabric was ordered due to flaws in the material sent, but only a week. He not only reupholstered the chair, he added a zipper into the headrest to allow us to adjust the amount of stuffing in it and added velcro flaps on the base of the back to ease access to the latches for removing the back off of the base. He's easy to work with, honest and very amicable. It's hard to find a good upholsterer and Doug is a gem.

I called ahead (several times) but the phone always goes to voicemail directing customers to an email address instead. I didn't leave a message, so maybe what follows is on me? I live over an hour away and planned for this visit. I finally located their "new" address in a row of vacant strip mall stores. I also located their truck, randomly parked on the opposite side of the block, unconnected to anything. How pathetic that their "new" location, posted on their website, is a total bust - an abandoned storefront. Even more pathetic is the disrespect shown to potential customers by not updating the website, voicemail, or even the door of the former site. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Off to Portland....
