There was a lot of body damage, but the crew at AutoCraft in Eugene has been so amazing! Even when the class company refused to honor their "claimed" warranty, the team work with me to get everything safe for me to drive with my kids in the car. It seems as though the accident shook up Betty, (my SUV), she has had a tough go with healing... but every time I take her in to Autocraft with a new issue, they are kind, and empathize with my situation. The crew has gone above and beyond to get Betty back on the road, every time! And they are always happy to help out me at ease! When I came to pick up the truck the exhaust didn't look right. It was hanging low and slanted from side to side. A week later while driving the left side fell completely off! I texted Biff for help and to this day has not bothered to respond. I sent him pictures and asked for a refund on the installation. Nothing. No return call or response. I would think twice before having FTW work on your car.
