They provided a schematic of how the door would look, and an easy to understand and competitively priced project proposal. The proposal also detailed several options we were considering, including 1/2" glass. We opted to move forward with Pioneer, they estimated it would take approximately three weeks to order our custom door. Just under three weeks later, our door arrived and was installed a few days later. There were no issues, the measurements were correct, door looked great and worked perfectly and swings easily, all 90 pounds of glass. And the 1/2" glass gives the shower a high-end look and feel. We'd be delighted to work with them again on our next glass related project.

Lina did not explain what this money was exactly for nor she provided me with a contract to explain what will happen. I provided Lina with the name of the furniture store she I want to purchase from. Lina provided me with extremely poor quality designs that I did not like and the name of other furniture stores that she is affiliated with. I did not like the designs and I asked Lina to be compensated for her time and give me the rest of the money. Lina refused to give me any money. She basically stole my money. Had she provided me with a contract and explained to me what this money is for, I would have never given her the money. Of coarse it is my mistake to pay someone without exactly knowing what I am paying for but did not expect that she is a thief and would accept money for which she did not do any work for!!! Never ever would I recommend her service to anyone. Be careful she is a scam!!
