I have frequented this store many times and have made many purchases both big and small. The owner willie is a professional caring man. Today I decided to see what I can purchase since I was in the area and was looking to do some shopping. His wife happened to be the one in the store unbeknownst to me (had no idea bc I've never seen her there) and I asked for him. She then proceeded to question me as to how do I know her husband and I said from here why? She then says oh because he's my husband of 29 years and he's the father to my son. I say, oh god bless that's beautiful. Your husband is a sweet professional man who always takes good care of me especially with big purchases and I love'em. She then AGAIN said he's my husband and we've been married for 29 yrs. I looked at her trying to figure out what was going on ... then I said ok I'll stop in next week, Happy New Year have a great evening and left. This woman half hour later finds me at the dollar tree online and approaches me with her finger in my face throwing around all kinds of profanity and racial epithets all bc I said I love'em. I'm standing there speechless and embarrassed. As she's walking out the door calling me all kinds of whore and stuff she threatens me and warns me not to ever step foot in the store. The cash register girl and the manager at the dollar tree says .. clearly there seems to be lots of marital issues for her to get that way. I am now still speechless and very aware we are on camera in the store so I asked to view it so I can record it on my phone. I leave dollar tree and walked back to the vintage store to try to explain to her that my words were not meant the way she took them. Willie is now standing there as I'm trying to ask him what was that about and how dare she make a scene and embarrass me. She's screaming like a lunatic, hitting him in the store telling him to tell me I'm not welcomed and I said ok. That clearly there are trust and infidelity issues that I want no part of so I leave .. he the owner Willie follows me outside to apologize and explain but before he can finish I say it's ok. You lost a great customer who loved to spend money in this store and I love supporting my small mom and pop stores. She sees that he came outside to talk me bc I left and she runs out the store screaming again like a lunatic screaming vulgarity. It appears she was either drunk or high or maybe both! Funny thing is I am the wife of a commanding officer/Deputy Inspector in the south Bronx and would never dare to cause a scene or disrespect another woman. I will make sure this post gets shared and posted everywhere to warm every female about this unstable insecure wife whose quick to attack women for no reason. Willies wife "of 29 years" is a danger to many who enter that store. Her insecurity and verbal attack will hurt his business.
