I'm not familiar with the online auction process but through a series of emails, Gina the owner talked me through registration and how bidding increments work. That said, I won a few things. I was supposed to pick up my winnings today but that was impossible due to the storm. As per her usual Gina was well prepared and reached out to us with alternatives. She set up a new day for us to retrieve our things and if that didn't work, she graciously offered everyone her shop as an alternative. As I said, I am new to the auction world, but I will participate in future ones. Just to be clear, an auction does not compare to the inventory in her store. A "new shipment" of antiques had just arrived and we were there as each new item was being unveiled. The owner kept apologizing for her shop being in disarray to make room for the new things, it wasn't, and we were totally loving it. We found some surprisingly rare things and had the best time.
