That said, I want to clarify and correct several points you've misrepresented. At no point did I threaten to "slaughter" your shop on social media. What I did say--clearly and in writing--was that I wanted to share my build honestly with the community, including both the pros and cons, and that your willingness to make things right would impact that narrative. That is not a threat. That's transparency and something any business that stands by its work should welcome. Regarding the airbag system: The install failed. Not because I refused to bring it back--because the system was improperly installed. I was stranded due to that failure, and ultimately had to pay another shop to correct it. You refunded me for the bags and labor after I reported the failure, and I appreciate that. But let's be honest: I shouldn't have had to pay someone else to re-do the work. As for your offer to come to me--yes, it was made, but never followed up on. I didn't decline. You simply never showed or rescheduled. You mention a 500-mile check-up. I was never invited to schedule one. If that's a standard part of your process, it was never communicated to me. The bigger concern remains: If something as critical as fuel fill lines and air suspension were installed improperly, I have every reason to question the safety of the flatbed install as well. That's not slander--that's due diligence. I came to your shop in good faith, spent time and money, and worked with you through multiple adjustments to the project. I was flexible, and I gave you multiple chances to make things right. I'm still open to resolution. But accountability means more than a refund--it means follow-through, communication, and standing by the work done. Should you be willing to inspect and, if necessary, correct the rest of the install without the dismissive tone and reframing of events, I'd gladly meet you halfway. I'll also update my review accordingly. Until then, my review reflects my experience--and my concerns remain valid.

I always wanted a front and rear camera in my Lexus 450H SUV but have concerns over getting it…read moreproperly installed. This business was recommended by my auto mechanic. My primary concern is that an improper installation could affect the integrity of my side curtain airbags which shoot off from the A pillar all the way down the interior roof line. I believe it is dangerous to tuck wires using tools that come with self install packages because they most certainly will be in the path of the air bags. A professional installation is well worth the price in a case like this. I believe the only way to professionally install these is to do a partial tear down by removing the A pillar cover and releasing the ceiling panel on one side of the car. Their installation charges were reasonable after subtracting out the retail cost of my cameras; so I had concerns if that would cover a proper partial teardown. I called and requested them to send me a couple of camera system options they sell as I preferred them to install a system they are familiar with. I also made an appointment for the installation. The camera system I selected was the Momento M8 Max 8400. When I arrived, they had the estimate in their system, but not the appointment I made. Fortunately, they were able to accommodate me during that visit. I asked to speak with the tech. I met the tech and he said he has installed these for many years. I asked the tech to walk me through how he plans to install the cameras and he explained everything he planned to do. I requested photos of the install while the panels were removed which the tech took. Upon completion of the work, they emailed me the photos taken by the tech and the salesperson helped me setup the camera app on my smartphone before I paid them. The tech removed the A pillar panel and released the roof panel and ran the wires behind the air bag devices. The installation was extremely professional. When I raised my rear tailgate, there were no visible wires as the tech ran them inside the factory cable housing connected to the power rear hatch opener. There were no visible power connections to the camera as those connections were made inside the paneling below my dashboard with photos provided. The end result is that it looks like the cameras were always part of the SUV installed at the Lexus factory. This business greatly exceeded my expectations.
