He is also a technician and may also possibly be the owner. That was the vibe I was receiving from our discussion. I explain what my visit was and he advised me there are different types of tune ups and what specifically I was looking to have done. I explained that I was able to obtain a quote from Honda service department and they also advised same thing. I listed the tune up details and what Honda quoted ($2,260). Oleks advised that inspection is free of charge. He would have Alex, technician do the inspection and provide his recommendation. Alex completed the inspection and advised what needed to be replaced and some replacement were not needed. He discovered there was an engine oil leak, transmission oil leak and the engine oil pan plug was stripped. Oleks had provided me with a quote range between $700-$1000. I returned back two days later on the evening of 1/14/26 to drop off vehicle which was parked safely inside the shop. The following day they replaced the engine gasket, replaced spark plugs, water pump, front crank seal, drive belt, oil pan plug and drive belt tensioner. I picked up my vehicle on 1/25/26. The sum of my bill came to $1021.80. I am truly satisfied and happy with the work that technician, Alex has completed. It was a reasonable timeframe and price. Honest work. I will use them again for any issues, repairs or maintenance.

When Tuesday…read morearrived, we hadn't heard anything so we called them at 145PM (appointment was supposed to be at 330pm) to ask if they were tracking our appointment. Joey said that the scheduler had been down since Monday and they had no record of our appointment. We made the appointment last week on Thursday so no idea why that would matter. He said bring the car in and they would do their best to get to it. We showed up at 330pm, Joey was out. We talked to the guy at the counter, he said we could bring it back Thursday or Friday to get it done. We told him Joey said to bring it in today. He called Joey, who told him that he called us at 1115am and left a voicemail (we never got a call or voicemail) and said it wouldn't be today. Nobody knew we had an appointment until we called them at 145pm, so no idea where that even came from. After some back and forth, we were told to come back Friday morning at 9am to get it done. We wanted to just take the tires and go somewhere else, but everything had already been paid for online so we agreed. Showed up at 9am, dropped the car off for the tires to be put on and got the call to come back a couple hours later. We noticed that the words "INSIDE" were on the outside of 3 of the 4 tires, and asked the tech if that was supposed to be like that, since these were asymmetrical tires with different tread patterns on the inner & outer edges. He said it was fine, and the inside/outside words didn't matter. We also pointed out that they had put both 255 tires on one side of the car, and both 235 tires on the other side. They were supposed to be 235s in the front and 255s in the back. He took the car back in and swapped the tires to the correct position and we left. When we took the car on the highway, we felt some vibration. Suspecting the tires were either mounted/balanced incorrectly, or the inside/outside words mattered (like we brought up to the tech), we had the VW dealership take a look at our service appointment a week later. They told us flat out it was wrong and we should take it back for them to fix. We were already done with this shop at this point, so we just paid for VW to remove the tires from the rims and flip them so the orientation words were displayed correctly and rebalance them. Vibration gone, ride is way smoother.

Around 9:30 this morning I pulled up and went into SEA TAC TIRE AND AUTO TECH also known told as…read moreGOODYEAR TIRE & AUTOMOTIVE and told the gentleman behind the counter that I had a 10 o'clock or 10:30 appointment they asked for my last name and looked it up and told me that it was 10 o'clock and all they need is my keys and he's going to start filling out the paperwork so I was pleased at that point...they were going to get started a whole half an hour early... Okay this is great service so far so i gave him the keys And sat down in the waiting area..So after an hour and a 1/2 service was complete I finish up with the cashier get my keys and go out to my vehicle To check for damages simply because there's a sign in the interior on the wall stating that management is not liable for damages which is a big red flag...mind you is also written in red or a red background with white writing That indicates to me that the owner or management knows that employees will damage your vehicle that's what that sign says to me so as I'm inspecting my vehicle I notice Scrapes on the rim that I had newly painted I opened my door and a panel that's supposed to be on my door is in the compartment instead of on my door it's sitting in the compartment I complain to the manager He gets I guess one of the techs to come and look at it and then tech goes inside and comes back tells me that well there's no reason for anybody to touch that or remove that so I had to have cane with the vehicle like that already broken so basically I'm the one that broke it and not whoever was inside my vehicle when they're supposed to be outside aligning my wheels and balancing my tires ...why would you break something on the interior when you're supposed to be working on exterior is beyond me....that's strike 1 great so I couldn't prove that it wasn't already broken okay I see where this is going...now can you explain to me why the paint is scraped scraped off of my newly painted rim is what I told the manager...now that I can prove I have fresh pictures with date stamps in my phone that I can prove so I show him The manager and the dates them Now he states he has no cash that he can give me what can we do...Well what we could have done was had somebody been accountable for damaging my vehicle instead of saying that I came with it already damaged so that means if you want to have service done there make sure that you take photographs of every part of your vehicle before you go have service there because when someone damages your vehicle which they will because of the big red sign in there it is clear that people damage your vehicle when they damage your vehicle that you're gonna have to prove to them that you didn't do it and that they did So now I have to work on getting a refund after I showed him that these rims were freshly painted maybe a week ago You would think with the name Goodyear on the building that that would mean something no nope apparently not it's just a name on a building to attract you so they can take your money and give you subpar service in return good luck to you I will NEVER go there AGAIN!!!...INCOMPETENT OR INEXPERIENCED SERVICE!....Since I visited this place my dashboard cluster is malfunctioning and my check engine light is on..SOMEBODY NEEDS TO PAY FOR THIS GOODYEAR AND THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!..I clearly understand why that sign is in the establishment...THEY PURPOSELY SABOTAGE CUSTOMERS VEHICLES..STRONG POSSIBILITY THAT IT'S RACIALLY MOTIVATED!!!

Dropped it off on a Friday morning (had to pay for a rental vehicle through Monday). By the end of that day NOTHING had been done with my vehicle. Monday afternoon get a text saying they 'suspect' the noise is coming from valve train but they need to confirm visually & there is cost to remove valve cover, etc.-proceed...inspection would be completed next day, mid-day, which would be Tuesday. Today is Wednesday at 4:00 & they still have not completed inspection, after having to call them for a status update! I'm incurring large expense for rental & stuck now because no work has been done yet, my vehicle is torn apart and I'm looking at having to possibly pay another week on this rental not to mention the huge expense I'm also incurring for these non-existent repairs! I'm pretty disgusted with this place & wish I would have read all the negative reviews before I brought my Dodge to them. I'm not confident at all that the work will be done accurately or that my vehicle will be put back together properly leaving me with more issues to deal with.

I was told bring it in early the following Monday (4th of May) morning. I left the car with them and expected them to call when the car was ready. I get a call in the late afternoon informing me the car couldn't get looked at because they were swamped. I left the car with them and expected to get it back Tuesday. That DID NOT happen. Again, the same story, they were swamped. I had telephoned earlier in the day Wednesday (6th) to inquire about the car. The service manager asked if she could call me back because she was busy on another line. No problem, right? I never got a call back. I drove up to the shop Wednesday afternoon (2:30) and the car still HAD NOT been looked at. She told me that the car was in the "Queue." I reminded her that the car was dropped off Monday and that this was ridiculous that my car still hadn't been looked at yet, TWO and ONE HALF days later. She informed me that appointments were no longer taken, first come, first serve. Well if that was the case my car should have been serviced by Monday or NLT Tuesday. I got my keys back and informed the two desk personnel that they should be ashamed of themselves for such mediocre business practices. They have lost a good previous customer. I have previously received fair service from Greg's (oil changes, A/C service, etc...) NO MORE! If they don't make appointments and stick to the estimated time of completion they will be loosing more business than just mine. I highly recommend not to use their services, There are still some reputable automotive repair shops around, just NOT GREG'S. Mad as heck - MLC South Hill
