Monday​ afternoon get a text saying they 'suspect' the noise is coming from valve train but they need to confirm visually & there is cost to remove valve cover, etc.-proceed...inspection would be completed next day, mid-day, which would be Tuesday. Today is Wednesday at 4:00 & they still have not completed inspection, after having to call them for a status update! I'm incurring large expense for rental & stuck now because no work has been done yet, my vehicle is torn apart and I'm looking at having to possibly pay another week on this rental not to mention the huge expense I'm also incurring for these non-existent repairs! I'm pretty disgusted with this place & wish I would have read all the negative reviews before I brought my Dodge to them. I'm not confident at all that the work will be done accurately or that my vehicle will be put back together properly leaving me with more issues to deal with.

We decided to take the car from the dealership and took it to Fredrickson Transmission, for a second opinion. They kindly fit us into their schedule, and within an hour they diagnosed the problem as a broken sensor, rather than a transmission that was out. The total cost was about $20! What a happy surprise! They are an honest, and reliable group of people who want their customers to be happy with the work, and they don't try to sell them on work or services that they don't need.
