The selection of fabrics to choose from could have been overwhelming, but based on our wants Mark directed us to a group of samples that were phenomenal. He educated us on which fabrics were most appropriate for high use chairs and we selected a fabric that was treated (with a scotch guarded type treatment), and would be extremely durable. And they look terrific. If we have a need for upholstery we'll go nowhere else. If you don't live in Puyallup it's well worth the drive.

The chair has been in the family since 1955 and has been waiting to be repaired (broken spring) refoamed, and recovered. I personally got the chair in 1996 and we were finally able to financially afford to have it done this year. With all that said I was quite nervous. I checked lots of local shops but Mark's knowledge of the older mechanism was the deciding factor. Final price was exactly what he quoted and the end result is perfect. It is a brand new old chair. This was a complicated chair and from top to bottom every stitch, tuck and fold is perfect. If you are looking for old school quality work that your willing to wait for go here. I have already dropped off another chair and ottoman for Mark and his crew to take care of.

We also needed a new cushion and for another cushion to be extended. They were more than happy to talk us through the process, give us plenty of time to find the PERFECT fabric, and work within our budget. It was a wait for the finished product, but it was well worth it. Finally, (this was pre-COVID, keep in mind) when I went to pick up the cushions, they saw how difficult it was going to be to fit them in my car. They spontaneously decided to deliver the cushions for me, walk them down to my boat with me, and help me put them in place. Because they went above and beyond like this, they noticed that one of the cushions didn't fit in the space perfectly. I probably would have just let it be, but they wanted to take it back and make it better, so I let them. The finished product is gorgeous and exactly what I wanted! Check for the vertical seems in the picture (don't mind the cat). Bet you can't find 'em, but they're there. Trust me. They're just really well matched. My only regret is that I tried to save money by splicing new and old foam together. I think I should have just bought an all new cushion on the settee. Old foam and new foam are just never quite the same. But that was my fault, and it's something I can easily change in the future. Honestly, they did a marvelous job! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The sink on the downstairs kitchen that they installed started to leak. We thought it was the pipe upon further inspection we saw it was the actual sink ( stainless steel), it seems while installing it they cracked it and instead of getting a new sink that I paid for, the workers patched it. It is so stuck that instead of being able to unhook and release it, we tried to dissolve glue with everything we could find, now unfortunately, we are going to have to break the stone to be able to change out the sink. We spent thousands of dollars with him but he still was very VERY opinionated about our choices. We ordered them because we were tired of calling around and those were available but the quality of cabinets not only delivered cabinets that didn't do what he promised like some needed extra accessories so that was a lot of extra money he didn't tell us we would have to spend on top of what we had paid him. He offered other services like flooring install etc and so glad we didn't do it all with him. This guy shouldn't be in business anymore. He was terrible to deal with and the reviews below sounds sooooo fake like a friend or himself placed them. Anything thing that annoyed us is that he was so inconsiderate about meeting then made us feel like we were the ones taking advantage of him somehow. Got really angry on the phone and the rest of the transaction was a nightmare. He didn't even cared to show up to make sure cabinets were installed properly and we had a bunch of holes and had to argue with the installers because they got mad they were just throwing cabinets wherever they wanted not like the layout we had spoken w alex. That's another huge red flag, this guy doesn't even know how to measure a kitchen or bathrooms properly. HE GUESSES that if it looks good on his little computer screen, it will all actually fit!!! So don't trust him measuring your kitchen. Have a professional measure and triple check that layout along with the designers credentials. The cabinets were POOR POOR quality and many were NOT the size we needed!! He said to us that we must have "changed something" and we are like, how? We didn't submit layout to anyone nor moved any walls. Overall, really just wish we would've gone w a company that. Was established not so new. He also lied about owning the other company where the cabinets come from. Such lier and horrible person. I hope people just go elsewhere and save themselves tens of thousands of dollars and the big huge headache. Also, he refused to make things right! "Don't think any of this was my fault" he Saudi ha! Just glad I didn't trust him w our floors ir anything. Else he offered!!
