James our waiter was super friendly. STAX along with their perfected menu has large impressive selection of local and notable wines and champagne. I tried to ask someone one time where the tasting room is and they weren't very friendly. But now it is very clearly marked and I was easily able to find it on my own this time. You can tell it's been newly remodeled. My friends and I decided to do the tasting. All of us like white wine only. They have a few selections but of course the one I really wanted to try wasn't available that day. And that was ok. They gave me 6 tokens to give one each time i wanted my next tasting. Well sine they didn't have one of the wines I wanted and white wine was more limited I asked if I could turn in two chips for two tastings of the same wine. And I did this also so I didn't have to come in and bother them as soon for another pour of the same thing. I was told they don't do that .... But then they did. It just doesn't make sense to me. I also was trying to be nice and I just felt like she was wasn't super friendly. This place has a gorgeous set up outside. They have nice comfy seating or high top tables which overlook the rolling green hills. This time of the year is absolutely beautiful.
