Take the time to enjoy a late lunch here and make sure to have both Primi e Secondi. My wife and I started with the fried vegetables which are light and fresh. Peppers were my favorite, followed closely by the Eggplant. We had a Sauvignon Blanc with the appetizer, paired well.
Next up was a shared potato mint cheese ravioli, faint mint and potato that reminded me strangely of pierogi (in a good way). The sauce was excellent and the Sous Chef popped out to see us enjoy this course - thumbs up! Bene!
My wife had the tuna carpaccio (perfect amount of ginger) and I had the pork shin with chestnuts and prosciutto. The meal was great and our young sons brought the friendly proprietors to the table early and often, to our delight.
