The server who takes your order will also ring you up at the register. That part is largely unclear while ordering for the first time but fret not, for you have read this review. You also get a bag of air with chips in it! I ordered the chef wrap. Basically a chef salad, chopped with a pizza slicer and placed into a large tortilla of your choice. With how large the wraps are and every bite tasting the same, the novelty wears off well before you finish the entire wrap. The bleu cheese really took me for a surprise. It was apart of the chef wrap. The wraps odor was very pungent. Every bite tasted like stinky, moldly bleu cheese. I would have asked for literally any other cheese had I known how overpowering the blue cheese would make the wrap. It should be changed from "Chef wrap" to "bleu cheese wrap" I only found the heart to finish the wrap because of the exorbitant price tag attached to it. If you love wraps and live in the area, a return could be justified. As for me, I'll pass. read more

They have a lot of salad options and you can eat it as a wrap or a salad and it's the same amount of filling for either. I really enjoyed it because I'm not a salad eater but the sauce (dressing) masks the flavor of lettuce. It was almost too much sauce. I tried both the buffalo chicken with blue cheese and the chicken Caesar supreme. They had so much flavor and both were in a wrap. The amount they can fit into a single wrap is impressive. And it comes with a side of chips. The price is reasonable. But I recommend you share one wrap as the wrap is soggy the next day and is not as good. It's a chipotle style experience where you order with a member and then they make it for you and you can watch them. They have seating but I don't think table service is available. I was in an unfamiliar area, Instagram reels did their thing, and suddenly I'm standing in line at Vinny's Cafe with zero regrets. Got there around 2PM, there was a line but it moved fast, and the setup is really cool where one person takes your order and makes everything right in front of you start to finish. Now I have to be transparent, I have a Caesar salad wrap loyalty that runs deep and my benchmark is VI Cafe, so Vinny's had some real competition walking in. One bite in and I didn't even stop to take a photo. Me. No photo. That should tell you everything. My boyfriend's buffalo chicken wrap was great too, only note would be less tomato and more buffalo sauce but at this point we're just being picky. I finally made the drive to Vinny's Cafe to try their Chicken Caesar Wrap that has taken social media by a storm. I am huge wrap fan so I knew I had to taste test this wrap and see what the hype was about. The drive was about an hour long from West Miami. Vinny's is located in a very large shopping center with plenty of parking. The restaurant is pretty small and offer indoor and about 4 out door tables to dine at. I arrived at around 12:30 PM and there were about 15-20 people ahead of me. The line moves pretty quickly but when a large group is ordering it really holds up the line. We waited about 45 minutes to be taken care of. The service was good and these people make magic happen with the amount of food they are stuffing inside these tortillas. I was shocked. So much food stuffed inside and no rips in the tortilla. The chicken caesar wrap was delicious and it hits the spot. I would recommend this place for lunch and if you are in the mood for a wrap or sandwich for lunch. However, the wrap is a solid caesar wrap there is nothing that makes it stand out or be out of this world flavor wise. The size is unique in the sense that is massive. I stopped at Vinny's for lunch on a Monday. I knew this place had blown up due to it going viral, but I had no idea how insane it has actually gotten. The line was out the door and pretty far down the sidewalk. I thankfully ordered ahead. We arrived about 45 minutes after we placed out order. Our food wasn't ready and they had a huge stack of to-go receipts they were working on. They do say online it could be up to 60 minutes before your food is ready. Shortly after we arrived, they made our food and we only waited about 10 minutes. The wrap was good. Not as good as I remember it being 10-15 years ago, but that could be due to all the hype it's recently gotten. It did need a little more dressing but it was still good! read more

I would normally rate Vinny's 5+ stars and to the moon. Today, I had a Spanish woman help with a new employee. First, the trainee wasn't wearing gloves. Took salad and shrimp and another woman came over scooping tuna salad and said something about not wearing gloves. I let it slide. I understand people need to be trained, but maybe not at prime lunch time. Moving on, the egg was separately sliced which I never had and was not chopped in. Ok, fine. They asked about dressing, it's loud, I get it, either way everyone chopping salads and wraps which Vinny's is known for, The dressing was on the side. So when my salad was brought to the register I asked if they were doing it new bc I've never not had everything chopped with the dressing in. The woman responds don't get mad, do you want it chopped in. And if a customer asks for it in, then we put it in. That's a first because I've always had it in and no offense but he spoke no English and she was translating everything in Spanish. Furthermore, I said I'm not mad, but he wasn't even wearing gloves in the very beginning and she said yes he was - Uhmm ok lady. At first I said no, but then I said actually yes. I drove from Ft. Lauderdale to come get a $20+ salad, I want it the way it usually comes, chopped. I know this is probably looking like it's super petty, but Vinny's has been known for the way they do their salads and wraps since I've lived here and I expect it to be consistent because that's their expertise. My usual stop when I have to go to Boca but had an unsettling experience today. I always ask for the chicken Caesar wrap with ranch dressing bc I tend to be allergic to something in their Caesar dressing. The woman making my wrap forgot and used Caesar dressing. I quickly pointed it out and she proceeded to try to scrape off the top to get rid of some of the dressing. I told her I couldn't have the Caesar due to allergies so she tried to scrape off more until another employee told her that if it's an allergy she couldn't do that. Grateful for that employee who stepped in, but don't love that the default fix is trying to scrape off some dressing from the top rather than ensure it's made right. read more

Tik tok led me to this strip mall " fast casual" and apparently the 70 other people also in line with me this past Saturday mid day The line moved too slow so we left after not making much progress after waiting 20 minutes. Tip- go during the week or early. Returned to try again Monday early and this time only had to wait a few minutes. So many choices of wraps and salads . This place is unique. Super busy, but everything is under control. A first time visitor, like me, needs to figure out the system by asking how it works. Once you go through the process, you know. You wind up standing in a long line till it's your turn to order. When you do, that person assembles what you want. As you wait, you can take it all in... I enjoyed watching what was going on while I waited, so I was pretty prepared when it was my turn. My "assembler" was Morgan... she was great. I ordered a Chicken Caesar Wrap with an added Egg. They take all the ingredients for your order, throw them all in a bowl in copious amounts, and then begin to chop it up really good. Then somehow they can roll it into a wrap. Really fascinating to see. How was it? I enjoyed the show better than the wrap. It was ok, and I can see how people love these things, but it's not for me. I find chopping everything into a fine state blends everything together so much that you lose the taste of each ingredient... it becomes too one-dimensional. The portion is large... for most people, one is plenty for two to share. For my taste, would be better if it wasn't chopped up so much... but seems like people like it. We called ahead to place a large takeout order. So thankful for the manager allowing us to do this, even though they turned off online ordering for the day. The line was out the door and wrapped around the parking lot but I was able to walk right in and grab our food and leave. The only downside to this was that our food was sitting longer and by the time we ate it on the flight home, it was getting pretty soggy. My daughter has been telling us about this restaurant as it was viral online.. we decided today is the day to try it out. We all hopped in the car and headed straight to Boca. We watched the young man prepare our wraps pouring each ingredients in a bowl and chopping it up vigorously... I already knew this wrap was going to be BOMB!! After the process he proceeded to wrap up these giant Chicken Caesar Wraps, each edge folded evenly until BAM, the wrap was wrapped. Each wrap fit perfectly in its containers. My son opted for a Vinny's club and that in itself was on a whole other level.. each cheese slice was cut evenly and fit perfectly inside the bread.. the bacon extra crispy... with fresh cut tomatoes, lettuce and ham... We opted for the drinks in the cooler. Time to eat now.. First bite was amazing, chicken, well seasoned, croutons, super crunchy, cheese perfect amount and despite the dressing, the lettuce was still crunchy and fresh.... I love Vinny's. They are super famous for their chicken Caesar salad wrap. I am sad to admit I have actually never tried the wrap, but their create your own salads are amazing! They give you a bunch of protein which you don't always get everywhere and they have a TON of topping options to choose from. It is a little bit pricey, but I've never finished a salad from them. The place is small, but what makes it so is the ENORMOUS LINES of people ordering and picking up. You can barely hear anything in there for all the chopping going on. The online ordering system is good, allows great customization but (and for good reason) they stop taking orders at times not to overwhelm the staff. It doesn't help, they are really busy. OK thats the bad, its not horrible and you can easily navigate this buy placing an order and being a little flexible. Our order was not ready on time but to be truthful I didn't expect it to be. OK, the good is short and to the point. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANYTHING LIKE THE CHICKEN CEASAR SALAD WRAP. I think its weight rivaled my son's birth weight and made far less noise. It was absolutely freakin amazing. I want so badly to give 5 stars, but they could use more space, more staff and that is really the reality of their success. And they are successful, because that wrap, and the Oriental Chicken wrap my wife had was also delicious.
