It's hard to believe but I didn't get any pictures. I was so amazed at the whole process of preparing these wraps. I shared a Ceasar Salad wrap and it's ginormous and delicious. Next time I would get a little less Parmesan cheese on it and maybe add the chips into the wrap. The place gets packed so you need patience. Staff is super friendly. There are a few tables inside and some outside but I do not recommend eating in. It's so noisy from the constant chopping of all the ingredients to go into the wraps. Watching the staff folks it all into the wrap with minimal loss of fillings is amazing!!! I would love to come back and try other wraps. I will definitely try to order ahead. read more

I finally made the drive to Vinny's Cafe to try their Chicken Caesar Wrap that has taken social media by a storm. I am huge wrap fan so I knew I had to taste test this wrap and see what the hype was about. The drive was about an hour long from West Miami. Vinny's is located in a very large shopping center with plenty of parking. The restaurant is pretty small and offer indoor and about 4 out door tables to dine at. I arrived at around 12:30 PM and there were about 15-20 people ahead of me. The line moves pretty quickly but when a large group is ordering it really holds up the line. We waited about 45 minutes to be taken care of. The service was good and these people make magic happen with the amount of food they are stuffing inside these tortillas. I was shocked. So much food stuffed inside and no rips in the tortilla. The chicken caesar wrap was delicious and it hits the spot. I would recommend this place for lunch and if you are in the mood for a wrap or sandwich for lunch. However, the wrap is a solid caesar wrap there is nothing that makes it stand out or be out of this world flavor wise. The size is unique in the sense that is massive. I had one half of my wrap for lunch and I was satisfied and saved the second half for dinner. read more

I've been coming here for 23yrs - since 2002. Would skip class to get in line early to get a chicken Caesar wrap or a make your own salad with shrimp before they sell out. I would normally rate Vinny's 5+ stars and to the moon. Today, I had a Spanish woman help with a new employee. First, the trainee wasn't wearing gloves. Took salad and shrimp and another woman came over scooping tuna salad and said something about not wearing gloves. I let it slide. I understand people need to be trained, but maybe not at prime lunch time. Moving on, the egg was separately sliced which I never had and was not chopped in. Ok, fine. They asked about dressing, it's loud, I get it, either way everyone chopping salads and wraps which Vinny's is known for, The dressing was on the side. So when my salad was brought to the register I asked if they were doing it new bc I've never not had everything chopped with the dressing in. The woman responds don't get mad, do you want it chopped in. And if a customer asks for it in, then we put it in. That's a first because I've always had it in and no offense but he spoke no English and she was translating everything in Spanish. Furthermore, I said I'm not mad, but he wasn't even wearing gloves in the very beginning and she said yes he was - Uhmm ok lady. At first I said no, but then I said actually yes. I drove from Ft. Lauderdale to come get a $20+ salad, I want it the way it usually comes, chopped. I know this is probably looking like it's super petty, but Vinny's has been known for the way they do their salads and wraps since I've lived here and I expect it to be consistent because that's their expertise. I stopped at Vinny's for lunch on a Monday. I knew this place had blown up due to it going viral, but I had no idea how insane it has actually gotten. The line was out the door and pretty far down the sidewalk. I thankfully ordered ahead. We arrived about 45 minutes after we placed out order. Our food wasn't ready and they had a huge stack of to-go receipts they were working on. They do say online it could be up to 60 minutes before your food is ready. Shortly after we arrived, they made our food and we only waited about 10 minutes. The wrap was good. I was planning to place an online order around 10am at the opening, but after seeing a 60+ minute wait time, I decided to stop in on my way to work instead. When I walked in, there were only four people ahead of me--but we all stood there, unacknowledged, for at least 15-20 minutes. It's clear the focus is heavily on fulfilling to-go orders, to the point where in-store customers are being completely overlooked. I even spoke with another customer next to me who felt the same way, and when a staff member overheard us, their response came across as dismissive and unprofessional. The worker was actually rude. Unfortunately, the new ownership doesn't seem receptive to feedback either, which makes the experience even more frustrating. I've been coming here for over 20 years, and I genuinely love the food--the portions are very generous, and it's still one of my favorite places for a salad. Tik tok led me to this strip mall " fast casual" and apparently the 70 other people also in line with me this past Saturday mid day The line moved too slow so we left after not making much progress after waiting 20 minutes. Tip- go during the week or early. Returned to try again Monday early and this time only had to wait a few minutes. So many choices of wraps and salads . We choose to split two different wraps;; classic Caesar and the tuna . Liked the Cesar although wish they had a lighter dressing option ( think green goddess Cesar ). We called ahead to place a large takeout order. So thankful for the manager allowing us to do this, even though they turned off online ordering for the day. The line was out the door and wrapped around the parking lot but I was able to walk right in and grab our food and leave. The only downside to this was that our food was sitting longer and by the time we ate it on the flight home, it was getting pretty soggy. This isn't their fault, just the nature of picking up an order to eat later. Overall, it's a cool experience since this place is so viral online but probably not worth the extreme wait times. It's not too salty but I would wash it down with a drink because it can be dry. Pro tip: Order ahead, about 30 mins or so (they recommend 30-60 on their pickup portal). I love Vinny's. They are super famous for their chicken Caesar salad wrap. I am sad to admit I have actually never tried the wrap, but their create your own salads are amazing! They give you a bunch of protein which you don't always get everywhere and they have a TON of topping options to choose from. It is a little bit pricey, but I've never finished a salad from them. By the time I am full, it still looks like I have a full salad left. I highly recommend trying this place! read more

My daughter has been telling us about this restaurant as it was viral online.. we decided today is the day to try it out. We all hopped in the car and headed straight to Boca. After the process he proceeded to wrap up these giant Chicken Caesar Wraps, each edge folded evenly until BAM, the wrap was wrapped. Each wrap fit perfectly in its containers. My son opted for a Vinny's club and that in itself was on a whole other level.. each cheese slice was cut evenly and fit perfectly inside the bread.. the bacon extra crispy... with fresh cut tomatoes, lettuce and ham... We opted for the drinks in the cooler. Time to eat now.. First bite was amazing, chicken, well seasoned, croutons, super crunchy, cheese perfect amount and despite the dressing, the lettuce was still crunchy and fresh.... Vinny's is a good spot a few years ago, with the hype behind it on social media the lines are insane. They need to consider opening another location. But that's not the main reason for 3 stars... I think the chicken Caesar wrap is very salty. The buffalo wrap is almost inedible salty. I thought I was crazy until friends told me as well. The tuna wrap is fantastic I will admit. Lots of hype about the place but I'm not loving it. They do have a winning proposition with lots of salad chopping and interesting ingredients but execution leaves it outside the desired zone. They killed the sandwich with a sauce that made it barely eatable, I did pick out the tuna so it wasnt a complete disaster. I dont very often give five stars, and I considered doing so today but will explain why I didn't. Then we can get past that and talk about the food. The place is small, but what makes it so is the ENORMOUS LINES of people ordering and picking up. You can barely hear anything in there for all the chopping going on. I went earlier in the week and just left, it's insanity but there's a reason why. The online ordering system is good, allows great customization but (and for good reason) they stop taking orders at times not to overwhelm the staff. It doesn't help, they are really busy. OK thats the bad, its not horrible and you can easily navigate this buy placing an order and being a little flexible. Our order was not ready on time but to be truthful I didn't expect it to be. OK, the good is short and to the point. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANYTHING LIKE THE CHICKEN CEASAR SALAD WRAP. I think its weight rivaled my son's birth weight and made far less noise. It was absolutely freakin amazing. I want so badly to give 5 stars, but they could use more space, more staff and that is really the reality of their success. And they are successful, because that wrap, and the Oriental Chicken wrap my wife had was also delicious. Have patience (By the way that parking lot is very bust as well), order ahead if you can but DO NOT let the negatives throw you off, some of my best friends annoy me at times. The food was great but the only downfall is the wait. Of course I went at lunch time (12:15) and we got in line to order. The line was moving but it took 15 minute to get up to place my order and another 10 to get my order made. I got the buffalo chicken wrap, my wife got the chicken Cesar wrap and my father in-law got the oriental chicken. The wraps were huge and we all only ate 1/2 of each. The ordering process is easy as the menu is in several places prior to ordering. The food is okay. The chicken is chalky and dry. All I tasted was the chicken and the banana peppers I got added. It overpowers the wrap and I didn't like that as much. It didn't give Caesar in my opinion. It on the pricier end but it's really big so I guess it balances out. I'd seen this on TikTok BUT didn't realize when we stumbled across it that it was the same place I'd seen online until we walked in the door. We were staying at a hotel about ten minutes away, needed an easy dinner & this popped up. It's pretty close to the freeway. All three of us got chicken caesar wraps. I know it's been said but it bears repeating that these wraps are MASSIVE. Like, can't fit your mouth around it, very much share-ably massive. I used a fork to dump some of the inside out of mine in order to eat it and didn't come anywhere close to finishing it. For me, the amount of dressing was perfect. The chicken has some great flavor to it. My biggest issue was that the ratio of chicken to lettuce was way off for me. I needed more lettuce, less chicken personally. But it was still very tasty. It comes with chips and I got a soft drink, all for under $20. Seems like a lot when I say it but with the size of the wrap it's super reasonable. Allergens might be a concern here? I didn't realize that they literally put their gloved hands alllll over the filling of the wraps until after I'd already ordered so that definitely made me a bit nervous since there's peanut dressing on their menu, but I felt it was too late to reorder by the time I realized so I just rolled with it. Fortunately I didn't have any issues but I could see how that could create a cross contamination issue for someone. Not sure what precautions they take if you tell them ahead of time. Decided to visit Vinny's after seeing all the 'viral' videos on Instagram of the size of their wraps. I'm a sucker for caesar salad, so if you put it in a giant wrap, I'm already sold. So, if any of the negative reviews talking about either of these two things did even a little bit of research before coming, they would've known what to expect and could have better prepared (maybe done a pick-up order instead). I went on a Monday at around noon, and while there was a line, it moves really fast. Ordered the chicken caesar in a spinach wrap, which came with a bag of ruffles chips. I split this with my mom who is a chicken caesar wrap connoisseur. We each got our own chips and a drink. So two drinks, two bags of chips, and the wrap (which also came with a bag of chips) was only around $25. We decided to sit inside, because in all honesty the chopping isn't as bad as people make it out to be. I didn't struggle to hear or have to shout to be heard. It's truly amazing how much salad they can fit into the wrap, it's almost like watching magic happen. We had read a review or two saying the wrap was dry, so we got a bit of dressing on the side just to be safe. I can tell you, we didn't need the dressing at all. The wrap was phenomenal. Had the perfect amount of very tasty caesar dressing, the wrap was fresh, and they even warm it up a bit I assume to make it more pliable. The soft crunch of the lettuce, next to the sharp crunch of the croutons, next to the tenderness of the chicken made this wrap a textural symphony. When it comes to things that go viral, I always take them with a grain of salt because I feel like too easily things get hyped up, but Vinny's is worth the hype.
