The second was really recently. My brand new car engine broke. Mike ran some diagnostics, and informed me of the bad news. There were some complications with doing the alignment due to the knockouts being left in the upper control arms. I contacted Mike and let him know there was an issue. He ordered the tool needed and told me to bring it back in Monday which was the next business day and he would fix the problem and get me back on the road.
