I was apprehensive in the beginning but MS. CHERRIE was very nice every time I called. Because of the Covid19 situations, I wasn't able to make a final decision on whom Doctor to trust (out of 20+ on my lists) and to get a NOSTRIL REDUCTION SURGERY. Finally, I made a decision and I decided to choose DR. ELIAS GIKAS for the following reasons; 1) I considered his expertise as a plastic surgeon so credible through the years of his experience, specialty, and professionalism. 2) The professional fee is extremely affordable and competitive compared to other clinics in the field. 3) Last but not least, Ms. Cherie played a very important part in his office to welcome clients for being friendly, helpful, and professional. FINALLY, I gave my TRUST to Dr. Elias Gikas to change the most important part of my face which is my nose. My appointment was made after I completed the mandatory requirement to get a Covid19 test within 72 hours of testing and surgical procedures. I was negative of Covid19 (of course) and the surgery was DONE INDEED! During the procedure, Dr. Elias Gikas absolutely got my confidence when he said "I AM A PERFECTIONIST". After the procedure, I told him and Cherie "If the result is good, I will come back and bring you guys a bottle of champagne for each of you". When I finally came back for the stitches removal in my nose. OH YES, I BROUGHT TWO BOTTLES OF CHAMPAGNES for Dr. Elias Gikas and Ms. Cherrie. I was very happy with the result, all of us were happy!!! To Ms. Cherrie and Dr. Elias Gikas - THANK YOU SO MUCH FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART. This is the first time I'm writing a review on my procedure. Six years ago I had a skinny bbl done…read moreby Dr Lorri Cobbins. I was naive at the time but I really wanted a little bit added to my bottom so I went in for a consult. I was also really skinny (like model skinny) so even then she told me oh yeah I've had patients your size or smaller do procedures by me, I wish she rejected me or at least did a less risky procedure since her skills didn't match the words I heard. My body was so perfect in every way before this procedure (just wanted a little boost on my bottom). I remember I said "I heard some peoples shoulders get bigger she was like "Oh no that's not true at all." She did Lipo to my stomach which barely had much fat, inner thighs, and back. Anyways 6 yrs later and I'm struggling with my body image. I've lost my confidence, my skinny bbl doesn't look great, can't find a solution because I have skin laxity on my back and stomach, scarring/tethering (again this is from the aggressive lipo she did and how she used the surgical tools), Lipo fibrosis on stomach and back and yes the upper back looks bigger. I followed all the instructions of wearing the compression garment and everything. The problem wasn't the aftercare instructions I perfectly followed, the problem was the poor surgical technique. She did aggressive lipo on me, took out too much fat because I was thin and ruined the look of my skin. I now have 2 rolls on my back that I never had before my procedure and I feel always bloated for some odd reason no matter what I eat healthy or not even though my diet didn't change. I only gained about 10 pounds (still at a weight women would love) but even with that if the surgical skills were good the body would grow out nice and even, it wouldn't look botched. I wish she rejected me and told me to come back in a year or 2 if I want something permanent after I try something temporary. I wish she told me thoroughly and openly what kind of problems can come up (this was only briefly discussed and none of the problems I have now were discussed as potential issues after surgery). I wish she gave me a temporary option or smaller procedure not as damaging as a first solution to see what it would look like. I didn't receive any other options. I think plastic surgeons (especially ones who've had botched outcomes from their work) need to give a couple options and really think about if the contouring will look nice with each option so the patient can have a good long term outcome and more people will trust them for procedures. Dr. Cobbins took away the most thing that made me confident back then and damaged my body. I am struggling in every way imaginable because of this procedure done by Dr. Lorri Cobbins. The most perfect parts of my body were ruined because of horrible surgical technique and now I am left grieving it. I struggle every day to look for a way to fix it and I'm too afraid to go to someone else that may further damage me. I don't take photos anymore like I used to, I don't try on clothes when I shop like I want to. I can't look at myself in the mirror the same way. Please if you want a better/different look try temporary cosmetic things first so they go away if you don't like them and you don't have to live with the permanent result of a botched procedure.

Rather than trying to resolve the issue or look into what may have gone wrong, she repeatedly insisted that I did not have an appointment. When I suggested she check with the staff member who handled scheduling that day, she dismissively stated she didn't need to "have a conversation about something that never happened." At that point, the situation became less about the appointment and more about her approach. Her tone was condescending and unprofessional. When she said, "Anyways, so you were supposed to have an appointment at 10:30?" it felt dismissive and disrespectful--especially given that I was calmly trying to explain and provide proof. As a medical professional of 14 years, I understand that scheduling errors can happen. However, how those situations are handled is what matters. I would never speak to a patient this way, especially in a healthcare setting where empathy and professionalism should be the standard. Because of this interaction alone, I chose to leave and not proceed with the appointment. He spent the majority of the call telling me that it gave him anxiety to operate on someone who doesn't live within driving distance of their office. That's a reasonable policy to have in place but I wish that information had been communicated to me before I waited 6 months for this appointment and paid $250. 19 minutes into talking with me, he said he had a patient who was "actually here in the office" and he needed to go. I found this incredibly rude. During our brief call, I got mixed signals from him about whether or not I would be allowed to have surgery since I don't live nearby. By the end of the consult, I asked the doctor point blank if he would recommend surgery and he said yes it would benefit me. He even sent an invoice for surgery! Then, the office informs me that he does not in fact recommend surgery. So Dr. Phelps lied to me during my consult. After a conversation with Jasmine the manager, it was clear that no one was at all sympathetic to my confusion and concerns. I was able to get my consult fee refunded which I was grateful for. However, I received no apologies and, overall, my experience at this facility seems fairly unacceptable for a doctor's office.
