I had a great experience when I came in on Thursday. The ladies were very sweet and I was in a hurry and needed a gel mani. It only took 30 mins without a wait. Not very crowded and the prices are really great! I will be back and possibly try a pedicure next time as well! Update: 4.2 Went again for the deluxe pedicure and a gel mani and to also get my nails cut down short for my jiu jitsu tournament. They did an awesome job! Annie & Nina are so sweet. I had a great experience at Ville. First of all, who doesn't live a place that offers you a free glass of wine at 10 am? I like a quiet place with not a lot of chatter, and that's just what I got. There was quiet new age music playing and the woman who did my pedicure stayed quiet and very focused on my feet. She paid a lot of attention to detail, and my toes came out perfect. This place is very clean and comfortable, and happens to be cheaper than anywhere else I've been on Mandeville. The only con is that their polish selection seemed a little limited, but I like to bring my own anyway. I recommend that you give them a try. read more

They do an acceptable job on my manicures but when I went there last week the owner made me feel so bad. When I went to pay out I handed her my debit card and she said, "do you have cash or check? Credit card cost me a lot of money!" I said I'm sorry but I don't have cash or check with me. She was very rude to me. This was very disappointing because I have always tipped at least 20%. In addition, I paid over $100 for the manicure and pedicure that is suppose to last one month. However, both lasted less than 2 weeks. If you have to do business with this woman, don't pay extra for the most expensive because you are wasting your money. Took 3 different people to understand that I didn't want my previous paint GRINDED off that I wanted it to soak in the acetone... they continued to grind my nails down.
