During my first visit, the technician did not use the color I selected, and I ended up having to go home and repaint my nails myself. On my second visit, the experience felt chaotic--the technician nicked my skin twice, accidentally glued us together, and repeatedly knocked over tools and polish bottles. I'm not sure if she used super glue or not, but the nails would not come off and not only did it pull my own nails off, but it pulled the skin off under the nails. I have a Dr's appointment to fix this problem that will be costly. I'm very upset and disappointed at the fact that this has affected the health of my nails and the experience was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I should have known when I walked out with 3 bloody cuticles! NEVER AGAIN! The problem with this establishment is they overbook and try and help too many people at one time. You'll sit there for 2-3 hours. It should have been a sign right away. Stay away!!!!
