We were quoted over $300 for a deep clean, blinds, baseboards, everything including a walk through at the end. Our cleaner was very nice and was here on time. She stayed for less than 4 hours. Did not do a walk through and once we looked over things we noticed a deep cleaning was not done. I called and they sent the same cleaner back who was visibly upset and on the phone with her boss talking and my wife and I were very uncomfortable with this. We would pay them for the services they did but felt like $330 was not warranted for the cleaning that was done. Once she left a second time, I called again to tell them I was still not satisfied and would not like to pay for a cleaning that was obviously not a deep clean. The best they could do was take $28 off and before the phone call ended wished us luck with any other cleaning company we went with next. I am so disappointed and sad at how we were treated and how our house was left. I do not recommend this company for a deep clean and hope they put customers first in the future. I asked for a quote. She wasn't able to provide it over the message as she needed to see the place to give a more accurate quote. Set a date for her to come out. She came out, looked at everything and gave me a quote. I was already prepared the quote will be high but to my surprise, it was way lower than all the other quotes I received prior. Availability was reasonable. Decided to hire them. On the day of the cleaning, there were 3 cleaners. They brought all their equipments and supplies. The whole cleaning took around 6 hours.
