She was attentive and all ears as I told her our beautiful Canadel table was still not closing properly. She gave me Ron the Warehouse Managers direct number which I called the next day. Jee had to come back with another young man, so this was a two day adventure BTW. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us! As new owners, I feared you'd tell me sorry, but no, you did not. This table was bought Nov. 2019, and the previous owners sent someone out May 2022, leaving replacement rails in case what he did didn't fix it. Now hopefully it has been rectified properly. I will feel very comfortable shopping at Cricklewood in future, as they are amazing all around! Thank you so much!

The most amusing area of the store however is the books that are for sale. With titles like "I Don't Give a Frock", "How can you tell your boyfriend isn't the anti-Christ"," How to be an everyday philanthropist", and "When housewives go bad". This again is an ideal gift store for that person that has everything, or if you don't really know the person you are shopping for, in all likelihood you won't go wrong by purchasing something here at Twisted Goods.

Everything was so nice, in fact, I felt like I didn't belong. After spending a couple minutes in the store Iknew everything was way too expensive for me, but I couldn't stop looking around. It was all such intriguing merchandise that I spent way more time than necessary looking around at everything. They've got such a unique selection of products in the store like old grandfather clocks, authentic bird cages, and even old school snow shoes. They've got some paintings for sale, most depicting an older, western scene. You can buy couches, beds, dressers, tables, chairs, blankets, pretty much anything you can think of. You have to special order everything, but you get to pick your stain colour and fabrics as well. I think it's cool that you can kind of custom make your own furniture. The lady working there (perhaps the owner?) was really friendly and eager to offer a hand or answer any questions. She directed me to their website, saying that all their products were online. The funny thing is, you can't order anything from the website, only view what they have. It's a high-priced store, but the goods are all so beautiful! I enjoyed just browsing around at all the neat and interesting things they had in this store. It was really neat!

It had nothing to do with the "fluffing of the couch" as I do this regularly. Anyways, I ended up having to go into this store and threatening to go to the better business bureau after the owner argued with me in front of my 3 small children about the defective and junk product they sold me as they were refusing to just send me a new cover and fix it. The customer service at this store is the worst I have ever experienced. In the end after dealing with the back and forth for months, I did get a new cover but it is still not fitting properly and I have never heard back from the store. They sent a third party to install the new fabric and then never bothered to follow up. Horrible customer service and junk product.

Now I pass here all the time, never in my wildest dreams did I expect what I saw inside; we are talking first of all an incredibly large store that descends for eternity to the back and is just plain lovely!! My friend wasn't exaggerating, every showcase, every shelf; every glassed cabinet was chockfull of lovely designer jewellery in the most spectacular designs. Here they carry some of the same designers as they do in Holt Renfrew but for a lot cheaper prices. But it didn't stop at jewellery there were beautiful globes of blown glass, intricately carved chopping boards that I would have hung rather than use and then my favourite an ethnographic object showcase in the far back featuring ceremonial objects from around the world. Here you can find original African Masks, fertility symbols from many countries, Native American antique pieces and authentic temple Buddhas. These objects were definitely market prices, you can buy these pieces for 4 times more on EBay, and here they are quite reasonable in price. Some of them have documentation too, so you know what village or tribe you are buying that object from. The service is tremendous, the people here know their stuff, they understand the precious cargo they carry. They are extremely present in helping you to see a piece or two, in my case more than 10. I love this store, it is exquisite, some of the most unique items I have ever seen and jewellery with such spirit, you should check this store out.

I mean, this is sexy furniture. Very sparse and simple, but elegant. Definitely a "look" that big box stores like IKEA (and Nood down the street) shamefully rip off.
