This is simply the best dry cleaning place in the area when it comes to the quality of the outcome!

Horrible. Poor quality, high price and no concept of customer service. Do not waste your money here. Too many other dry cleaners around.

Just moved here, need a dry cleaner so tried this place. I got dry cleaned 3 shirts with medium…read morestarch, 2 pants and one sweater, which cost about 30 dollars. I have no idea if that is a good price, but it didn't seem bad. My clothes came out well clean pressed, and not shrunken. They didn't lose any articles of clothing, and they were done on time. Bonus, there was a cute blonde working there when I went to pick up clothes, and she had a good sense of style, nice hire.

The timing worked and they were ready. The rub comes as at home I pay $2.60 a shirt where here they quoted $3.10 but no big deal for the convenience. Then I pick up my shirts and 6 are priced at the $3.10 but 2 are priced at $6.45 each. They tell me it's the material. Now I get them cleaned at my home cleaner at no extra cost so I am not sure of the process. They tell me they had to be hand washed, again I had never heard of this and these shirts have been cleaned numerous times (maybe with the volume my home cleaner just processing them but I need to ask.). In total the 2 shirts were $13.90. Now when I dropped them off I pulled them all out and left them on the counter with their rep standing there. Nothing is said. They had my phone number but no call. I hope they enjoy the little extra money, I will never go back. We are looking to move here and they won't be my cleaner. It's not the $9.00 extra it's the way it is done. I have my shirts, suites and other done frequently so they can judge if it was worth the $ and the way it was done.

The only thing I wish they did differently would be to use non-toxic "green" cleaning, but alas I know I'm in NW Ohio (for now) and I'm guessing no one here even knows you can clean green.

During my time there, I just got a lot of awkward vibes and looks from the owners son. his wife was a very lovely lady. His father was very respectful and gave me an opportunity to come in. however, when I wasn't able to stay on board and had to leave, I was told that I would be compensated still for the time I did put in. the owner Son told me to check in the mail. That was the first week of the month. Yesterday was 30 September. I called just to let them know that I did not receive it with a voicemail voicemail . the owner told me that the check has been sitting there since the 22nd and that all last checks don't get mailed out so I'm not sure why the sun and his vibes told me different. I picked up the check. Did not cause the scene nor say anything. But just today, October 1, 2026 I went in to see if they repair suede shoes. his energy was so rude and nasty telling me they did not service Timberland boots which I was OK with but what I wasn't OK with was asking if he can refer me to someone in town because I'm not From Ohio. He instructed me to go to Detroit. where I'm originally from with the nastiest look on his face. No referrals to anyone in the city just go back to Detroit and find someone. Very poor customer service. emphasis on nasty attitude and I would hate to think it's because of the color of my skin, but as I was there, I felt like all eyes was on Me when himself said that I was doing a great job. I will never work for this service again. I would never take anyone there nor I ever go there for service. And I hope he corrects that nasty attitude if he is because I could've addressed him the same way, but smiled and left the building. his vibe was nothing like his father nor his wife, which they were nice to me, but that Son and his energy needs to be addressed when it comes to people of color because I 100% built uncomfortable from the day. I started there burst today when I went to get services after he told me my check will be mailed out when his father told me that it was always there at the store on the 22nd. Just wow

Customer service is very friendly and they do on-time, quality work. Story time - 1. I had a friend accidentally spill all over an old Pendleton blanket that's very special to me. It was passed to me from my dad (who passed away years ago) and the pattern is no longer produced. Stadium Cleaners did an amazing job getting it back to pristine, which was a huge relief! 2. I got my wedding dress cleaned here! It had a pretty large train so this was not a simple undertaking and this was of course a special item to me. I was happy with their work on this one. Believe this was $185 which I thought was really reasonable for the amount of fabric in this dress especially. 3. Otherwise, I usually will do my coats here (especially my puffy winter coats that seem to absorb stains throughout the season), delicate sweaters (though more often than not I keep trying to just put those through my washing machine - one day I'll learn my lesson...), and a specialty jacket I wear for hospital volunteering. As an added bonus, they're located next to Dimo's - I sometimes try to time my dry cleaner drop off/pick ups to snag a breakfast bagel next door :).

Maybe there outta be different evaluation system when it comes to places like coin laundry. I…read moremean, really, what exactly are your expectations of one? A host with a nice smile? A lightning-speed table service? Fireworks and confetti? I say all this because I feel weirdly bad giving them 3 stars, yet I can't justify 4 or 5 stars because theoretically the place *could* get better. It's a coin laundry that does um...exactly that. You pick up your laundry from home -- in my case was my humongous comforter I can't fit in my own washer -- along with a bunch of quarters, detergent, fabric softener and go to work. Yes, they have a change machine. yes, they have a couple vending machines if you want to snack. Yes, they have a couple televisions playing whatever daytime shows are playing on your local station. Yes, they have bathrooms. They have an ATM, and they even had a couple of funky ol' looking video game machines.. Most machines seem to work fine, and it's not like there's litter all over the place. Honestly, it's every bit what you'd expect from a laundromat. Now. Could the place be maintained better? Yes. Could you give the place a bit more oomph and give a bit of sexiness to it? Sure. But who does that at a laundromat? I don't know, maybe there are some out there that are super clean and highly maintained. Maybe even offer better entertainment? A bar that serves cold beer? (I'm starting to imagine a Las Vegas-style place with lots of sparkles and slot machines along the walls... maybe the place exists afterall...) Anyway, I'm certainly not "a fan" at 4 stars, nor is the place "as good as it gets." But it's the closest one to my home, and as long as my wife insists on buying Alaska-ready super fluffy comforters, I'd be more than happy to drive down here to get the deed done. I just wish I could systematically rate them better than 3 stars.. Yelp, where's the suggestion box?
