I know it's stupid to love a dry cleaners, but I love this place. They are super fast, friendly and very affordable. Even though it's downtown, there is a pull-in parking lot. The only thing I wish they did differently would be to use non-toxic "green" cleaning, but alas I know I'm in NW Ohio (for now) and I'm guessing no one here even knows you can clean green. read more

due to health reason i respectfully went to one of the owners to professionally. Let them know that I am unable to do the job due to the heat in the summer combined. During my time there, I just got a lot of awkward vibes and looks from the owners son. his wife was a very lovely lady. His father was very respectful and gave me an opportunity to come in. however, when I wasn't able to stay on board and had to leave, I was told that I would be compensated still for the time I did put in. the owner Son told me to check in the mail. That was the first week of the month. Yesterday was 30 September. I called just to let them know that I did not receive it with a voicemail voicemail . the owner told me that the check has been sitting there since the 22nd and that all last checks don't get mailed out so I'm not sure why the sun and his vibes told me different. I picked up the check. Did not cause the scene nor say anything. But just today, October 1, 2026 I went in to see if they repair suede shoes. his energy was so rude and nasty telling me they did not service Timberland boots which I was OK with but what I wasn't OK with was asking if he can refer me to someone in town because I'm not From Ohio. He instructed me to go to Detroit. where I'm originally from with the nastiest look on his face. No referrals to anyone in the city just go back to Detroit and find someone. Very poor customer service. emphasis on nasty attitude and I would hate to think it's because of the color of my skin, but as I was there, I felt like all eyes was on Me when himself said that I was doing a great job. I will never work for this service again. I would never take anyone there nor I ever go there for service. And I hope he corrects that nasty attitude if he is because I could've addressed him the same way, but smiled and left the building. his vibe was nothing like his father nor his wife, which they were nice to me, but that Son and his energy needs to be addressed when it comes to people of color because I 100% built uncomfortable from the day. I started there burst today when I went to get services after he told me my check will be mailed out when his father told me that it was always there at the store on the 22nd. Just wow read more

I took in a small area rug with berry stains from a tree outside. They did a fabulous job for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend.

We just moved downtown and didn't want to drive to our old dry cleaners. Yelp helped and found Lasalle. Great find! Close to loft, friendly, fast, and incredibly less than what I am used to spending. All good by me! read more

I've been happy with their dry cleaning and laundry service for over forty years. They can remove stains almost as well as I can. I've never had a problem with them but they have changed post covid era. I wish that they would iron men's dress shirts like they used to. They machine blow shirts leaving the plackets and the rest of the shirt wrinkled. No ironing. With men's dress pants they iron a crease to each leg and nothing more. This is a significant change post covid era. My experience relates to 100% cotton shirts. Non iron cotton treated shirts seem to maintain the washed and press look. A cotton oxford doesn't. read more

Huge shout out to Brittany !!! Took in some vintage linens that had been in storage 40+ years and were over 80 yrs old. Stained in areas. She did an amazing job pre treating the stains and laundering the pieces. Price very reasonable. Would highly recommend for any cleaning or laundering needs. read more

I've been using Lasalle Cleaners for over 30 years. They have cleaned everything from shirts, pants, curtains, suits and even my granddaughters pleated uniform skirts. They have always done a exceptional job in cleaning it all. Their staff are very friendly and within a trip or two will recognize me and have my order started. The price is reasonable and my orders are always ready when they say they will be. Bottom line is you can't ask for anything more from a dry cleaners. read more

I have to write a review about a terrible customer experience I had at their location near Sylvania Township. This location is closest to my new home and I was excited to go there based on my experiences with the Monroe Street location. I got to the location pretty late, it was 6:54pm and they close at 7pm. When I walked in I greeted by a lady that obviously was ready to go home (which I completely understood). I mentioned that I do business with the other location and that I just wanted to drop off my clothes and she kept repeating that she closes in 5 minutes with a very negative attitude. She kept saying that it will be a few days before I get my clothes back, of which I was fine with. I mentioned that she repeated herself she closes in 5 minutes, when I mentioned it she responded 'no I didnt' with the worse attitude. I pick up my clothes and started walking out because I will never do business with people who respond the way she did. On my way out the door she responds, 'thank you, have a nice day' in a condescending manner. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS LOCATION read more

Fantastic service. They have always done a great job with my clothes and today I called in last min to get my suit tailored for a funeral, even though they were extremely backed up they took mine in. A couple hours later and a perfect fit. Thank you Dee for your fast friendly service! read more

Top notch all around. Big business but small enough to recognize individial customers (at Jefferson location). No need to wait for a receipt, no pins, no stickers, no nothing on clothes when they are returned. Perfect. They do an excellent job at laundry and dry cleaning. I had a minor problem once in 5 years and they immediately made it right. Can't find anything near close in the metro Detroit area where I live now--almost worth driving to Toledo for cleaning needs! read more
