If it were not for Carol we probably would have chosen a home that we would have regretted in years to come. We've only been our home for approximately two weeks and are very happy with our home, no complaints so far. I would highly recommend Carol Pippen to anyone that's looking to purchase a Carothers Home in the Bell County area, she is the best. Ten stars for Carol Pippen.

We have a beautiful detached garage and mancave room on the backhalf of the building, but we did…read morenot get what we ask, quoted and paid for. Jarret quoted us for a stand up attic over the length of the garage area. We informed Jarett from day one we wanted the option to eventually turn the storage attic into an extra sleeping area, but instead we ended up with literally a crawl space that we can only stand on the stairs and reach so far into. Jarret has a great team working with him Fabian, and his framers; they're all nice hard working guys and very professional, but communication was a major problem; especially when getting our design information to his own team or the subcontractors. Jarret subcontracts all the work out except for the framers, so it became obvious he was doing other projects due to all of our delays, plus we also had to get on the subcontractors schedule as well. Scheduling the various jobs was another huge issue. Jarret gave us a 8-10 week completion time-frame it ended up more like 16 wks (we had only 1 rain day delay). We started off with a lot of days when no one showed up to work, so I started tracking them as "No Show/Work" on my cellphone calendar. Scheduling the various jobs was another huge issue. I had to keep every text conversation of our design plan conversation with Jarret or his team because it was not a good feeling when subcontractors or his own team replied "well that's not what Jarret told us to do". We would NOT recommend Jarret (JW Construction). We do not want anyone else to go through what we did...it was exhausting. A very good contractor once told me that the experience during the project can spoil the end results no matter how well the project turns out and he was so right.
