When he arrived he informed me that he didn't have all the materials and needed to run to home depot - which at 9:15 would definitely not complete the job by 10 am. I told him to just cancel the work. There are other, more dependable contractors. Then when they refunded me, they did not include the credit card fees that they had charged!
