The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the pool is amazing. Service throughout the property was warm and welcoming. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to want guests to enjoy their stay. One thing I appreciate about Coral & Marina is that it offers a different vibe than the large resort-style properties further south. It feels quieter, more relaxed, and more authentically Ensenada. It's the kind of place where you can spend the morning at the spa, the afternoon exploring fish taco stands and wineries, and the evening watching the sunset over the marina with a glass of Baja wine. That killed the appetite pretty quick. We also ordered wine but we did not ask for the price and they ended up pouring a very expensive bottle. It was good but make sure you ask because the bill was pretty high We also booked this place because paddle boarding was offered. When we went to rent the boards they said they were not renting them out. The property has a pool and spa area, but just keep in mind it's communal, there aren't private hot tubs or private spa setups in the rooms... Still, everything was well-maintained and relaxing... Pricing felt reasonable compared to other hotels in Valle, especially for how nice and comfortable everything was... One thing to note: Valle de Guadalupe is very spread out. This isn't a place to stay if you want nightlife or to be within walking distance of multiple wineries. You'll definitely need to drive to get around, and some of the roads are unpaved... The host was also extremely welcoming.. We arrived late after hours, and they were still available at the front desk, answered all our questions, and made us feel really comfortable... Overall, Ojo Azul is a beautiful, clean, romantic place to stay if you're looking for a quiet wine country escape. Would definitely recommend for couples looking to unwind..

To start there was several events the whole weekend and no one, not one single person decided to…read morelet us know that the open event area was right under our room, or that the party would continue into early morning hours with loud music and loud people. No one notified us that because of the events the bar would be closed. No smoking at all vape or otherwise except in a cage that they have in the property! Hot water was a hit or miss, she did explain to use how to maximize our hot water but never once thought it would be a good idea to let us know about the events! The free breakfast was absolutely horrible! The chilaquiles were sour and all the food was cold as could be! We asked to change rooms in the morning when we asked if there were events scheduled for that night also and they told us there was, they said we could change rooms but for a fee! I just want to say we would have never booked there if we knew about the events. We kindly declined to pay extra for a different room with a parking lot view instead of the ocean view we paid for. To my surprise, which I thought would be impossible to get but they did allow us to check out and charged us for only one night! The stuff were nice and pleasant our server at the restaurant (drinks only) was also very kind when we were looking for restaurant recommendations. And the fact that they did return our money was nice! With communication this all could have been avoided! The view was amazing, but no chairs in the balcony to enjoy it!

It also had a huge TV. Unfortunately, it didn't have a lot of options for English Speaking movies. While it seemed to have NETFLIX, it had not been set up in our room yet, UNFORTUNATELY!!! I would make one suggestion to Mr Luis Novelo, set up TVs for Prime, Netflix HBO, and Disney. FOR GUESTS, like us, to log into their account. We recently stayed at a hotel in Palm Springs, and they did something like that!!! UPON ENTERING OUR ROOM, it had been set up beautifully, romantically. RED HEARTS on the bed, with a TOWEL ANIMAL ON ONE OF THEM!!! We watched what we could for a while, then WALKED OUT FOR SUNSET. On SUNDAY MORNING, we went to LasTerrazas Restaurante Hotel Estero Beach. We thought we would have just a basic breakfast, but instead we had an ELABORATE BRUNCH!!! It was perfect, provided enough ENERGY for OUR 8 HOUR TOUR of the GUADALUPE VALLEY!!! We returned to NAP, SHOWER, and watch "TWISTER." We ended in the LasTerrazas Restaurante BAR, for PINA COLADAS, LONG ISLAND ICED TEAS, and TORTILLA SOUP!!! All in ALL, it was amazing STAY at an AMAZING RESORT!!!

I was surprised that the premises had free ice machines. The water was salty so when showering you could feel the salt on your body. There's bellboys but when arriving to our spot none approached us, mind you we're 2 adults and 2 children including an infant.
