Our room was spacious, spotless, and truly dreamy. One of the highlights was the porch with a fireplace, which offered stunning views for both sunrise and sunset--an unforgettable way to start and end the day. The staff was amazing and extremely attentive, going above and beyond to make our stay special. The breakfast-in-bed style service was a wonderful touch and very accommodating, adding to the overall charm and comfort of the experience. With all that said, they truly deserve an additional five stars for the incredible role they played in helping me create a magical wedding proposal. Their attention to detail, care, and genuine effort turned an already beautiful stay into a once-in-a-lifetime moment. My then girlfriend--now my fiancé--was completely blown away. I cannot recommend The New Inn Hotel enough for anyone looking for romance, elegance, and exceptional service

It was a very romantical room The gentleman who checked us in was kind and informative on everything we needed to see and know about this place. And the surrounding area. It's a perfect escape from a busy life. Feels like you're in the middle of no where which can be a good and bad thing haha especially if you hear coyotes at night The breakfast was served in a super cute basket: we had egg bacon and cheese bagel sandwiches, fruit (pineapple blueberries and strawberries) coffee and pineapple juice. It was good Didn't give 5 stars because that pool is just a large jacuzzi. But I get it cause the property is only comprised of 6 rooms or so. Also there were gnats in the shower (I think coming from the drain) But all in all my husband and I had a great time here. Will recommend to our friends who are looking for a romantic getaway.

She was absolutely amazing to work with--warm, pleasant, and someone I connected with immediately. She even shared some excellent recommendations for local wineries, which I truly appreciated. The hotel is conveniently situated just off the 15 and along Rancho California Road. Despite the proximity to major roads, I didn't notice any significant noise, making for a peaceful and comfortable stay. I stayed in a 1-king bed suite, which was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The suite included a couch and two lounge chairs--perfect for relaxing, reading, or unwinding after a day out. A complimentary continental breakfast was included each morning, and it was very good. The breakfast attendant was attentive, friendly, and kept everything well stocked. Overall, this hotel was great, and I genuinely cannot wait to stay here again.

I unfortunately never even had the chance to stay at this Hampton Inn due to an issue with my…read morereservation and the complete lack of assistance from the property. During the booking process the date on my reservation was accidentally changed. I immediately tried calling the hotel to correct the date, but no one answered. After about 20 minutes I contacted Hilton corporate for help and explained that I still wanted to stay at the property and was only requesting that the reservation be moved forward by one day. I was not asking for a refund--just a simple date change. Corporate told me the property had to approve the request. When they contacted the hotel, the clerk refused to make the change and said there was nothing they could do. I then called the property directly and spoke with an employee named Ron. The customer service during this call was some of the worst I have experienced. I was repeatedly interrupted, placed on hold for about 10 minutes, and spoken to with a very dismissive and confrontational tone. When I tried to explain the situation, Ron responded with "okay, and?" and told me the issue was not his problem and that corporate should have explained it to me. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told the General Manager (Lucero Torres) would not be available until Monday and that there was nothing that could be done. What made this even more frustrating is that at no point did anyone explain whether the hotel was actually fully booked. When I checked availability myself afterward, the Hampton Inn website showed a room available and Hilton's website showed multiple rooms available for that same date at the same location. Despite this, no solution or alternative was offered. I was simply asking to move my reservation by one day and was even willing to transfer to another Hilton property nearby if necessary, but that request was also denied. The level of attitude, lack of professionalism, and unwillingness to assist with such a simple request was extremely disappointing. I'm honestly relieved I will not be staying at this location, but the experience definitely left a negative impression.

Check in was standard and easy also. The room was decent and the AC and heater worked great! The toilet wouldn't flush and was stopped up. They had black out curtains and we were given two double beds. I actually slept well in the bed surprisingly because I usually don't sleep well in hotel beds. One of my laps didn't work in the living room area. The breakfast was not bad, but you had to Eat quickly before your food got cold. The made to order omelettes were fantastic!

I paid over $900 expecting something clean, comfortable, and updated, but the room felt more like an old motel than an Embassy Suites. The room was extremely outdated and poorly maintained. The shower handle was broken, the bathroom door wouldn't lock properly, the carpet looked old and worn out, the door to the room looks more like a prison cell, there was a loose screw on the floor, the air vents were rusty, and the TV kept cutting in and out. There were also stains on the blankets/covers and scratches all over the doors and furniture. I took plenty of pictures because I honestly couldn't believe the condition of the room for what we paid. I will say that some of the staff members were friendly, and I don't want to take that away from them. Breakfast was decent, the only saving grace was the omelet station. I appreciated the reception hour (5:30pm-7pm you get 2 complimentary drinks. They were one of the only positive parts of this stay. The amenities offered were all completely outdated - the gym, the pool, even the little convenience store had very limited options. Overall, the hotel felt very creepy and uninviting. The hallways to the rooms were dark and uncomfortable, smells moldy, the walls are paper thin, and I honestly would not recommend this hotel for women or solo travelers. Thank God I was traveling with family members because I would not have felt comfortable staying here alone. Definitely not worth the price, and unfortunately not somewhere I would stay again.

We were especially impressed with the nice bathroom with large shower and separate tub. Check-in was easy; like an Airbnb a simple code for room entry was provided and payment was made online. The property feels secluded and private and is very well maintained. There were only 4 or 5 rooms, I think, at this property. Each room has its own designated parking space. Like an Airbnb, bring your own amenities; other than soap and towels, nothing else was provided in the bathroom. There is a pool and hot tub but I never even saw either as they were on the back side of the complex and we pretty much just wanted to chill in the room. We planned a stay here just to relax and rediscover what a nap is. The huge downside for us was that the walls here are paper thin. The noise from the room next to us kept us from being able to relax or sleep and even woke us up the following morning. Conversations, the television, and the lovely sounds of snoring could be plainly heard by us. The most irritating noises from next door were the sounds of a babbling toddler who enjoyed running around the room; we were mistaken to think this is an adult-only type of villa. While we loved the room the noise didn't conform with our want of a relaxing vacation space.

Check in was quick and easy. The lobby can get a little loud but not constantly. Our room was on the third floor, unfortunately facing the main road which was a little noisy, but not so bad we couldn't sleep. The hotel itself was very quiet in the evening, maybe because it was weeknights rather than the weekend. The room was clean and well-supplied with towels and toiletries. Plenty of storage. Nice sofa/seating area. I appreciate the hardscape flooring. Not as warm as carpeting, but feels much cleaner. The second day of our stay we came back after wine tasting and our room had been made up and cleaned, even though we said we didn't need it when we checked in, surprising and appreciated. The included breakfast "buffet" was actually pretty good for a small hotel. Fresh, hot eggs, sausage and potatoes, waffle maker, and all the usual options. The coffee was pretty good. Our only real complaint would be the pillows. They were quite small and not firm at all. For a king sized bed, they were not sufficient. If you're looking for a simple, basic place to stay, I would recommend it.

The owners are very responsive and communicate regularly with you by text/email as soon as you make your reservation. Once you arrive, you will hear from them daily by text. They are also on the property daily and easy to reach. The suite was beautiful, and the full kitchen was well equipped with dishes/glasses, pots/pans, all kinds of utensils--a fine cook's dream! However, I am not a fine cook or dreamer so I did zero cooking. And the breakfast delivered to our room each morning was delicious and way better than anything I could have cooked. Still, I appreciated having a full size fridge, dishes/glasses, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. The suite also had two TVs (one in the living room and one in the bedroom) and a variety of streaming options if you wanted to stay in and watch shows/movies. We did not do too much of that because there are so many great wineries nearby (too little time) and those wineries not only have tasting bars but also restaurants! So we were on the go a lot, and I missed out on sitting on the patio on the property and gazing at the twinkling stars and visiting the cute chickens on the property. The only thing that needs improving is a fix to the sliding closet door (off the track and made it unusable). One day I hope to return to this lovely property and participate in star gazing and chicken meet and greets! P.S. Easy parking, circular driveway if you want to unload the car before parking, and welcoming lobby.

I was a little hesitant to book it because I never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast establishment before. I decided to give it a try after reading great reviews and we really enjoyed our stay. After booking, I received a text which included a list of activities, their favorite wineries, lunch, and dinner suggestions. We ended up booking a couple things based on their suggestions. On the day of our arrival, we received a text letting us know our room was available early. We definitely enjoyed that but we were having lunch and arrived around 3:30pm. The room was beautiful and had a sweet handwritten note on the bed. The hostess (wish I remembered her name) was nice and recommended Altisima for their frozen drinks. We went on a Friday afternoon and it ended up being our favorite winery of the trip. Breakfast was delivered to our door each morning at 9am with a nice setup and it was really good. The breakfast burrito was our favorite. We made coffee afterwards and enjoyed it on the patio overlooking the vineyards. When we returned in the evenings, we turned on the fireplace in the room and just relaxed. It was a relaxing stay. Only one small suggestion would be to add blackout curtains. The sun beamed through the sides and top of the drapes, making it hard to sleep in. Overall, we would definitely return.
