We live close by and love to come to this place. The food is consistently good. They serve beer and wine and have a decent selection. Prices are very reasonable. Their souvlaki is wonderful here. I can never eat it all. Their flatbreads are what we come back for though. The Islander (Canadian bacon and pineapple) is our favorite, but the Carnivore is my husband's favorite. We ordered orange wings, wonderful! The large carnivore flatbread and two glasses of wine. We have enough leftovers for another three servings,the flat bread was loaded with assorted meats the crust would have been wonderful even if it was served with no toppings at all. The owner with her blonde curls is Georgia and she made us feel welcome in our new city. We will be going back. There are many intriguing things I want to taste. I had take out tonight. A flatbread pizza and a side salad. First off, the salad was served in a Styrofoam container like the old McDonalds hamburgers used to come in. When I opened it, the salad was nothing more than Iceberg lettuce shaved to look like cold slaw. In fact, that is exactly what I thought it was. I hesitated a minute when looking at it. Had they given me the wrong order? Then I saw the one cucumber slice and one tomato. Oh Boy, I thought, this was a mistake. There were no mixed greens or anything green for that matter. There was Nothing that looked healthy. The Blu Cheese dressing was so refrigerated that it had to be spooned out onto my "slaw salad" with the constancy of cream cheese. I tried to mix it in, but it was futile. I threw the entire thing in the trash. Then I carefully opened the pizza. The pizza, or flat bread as the call it, was tough on the outside and soggy in the middle. I was so starved that I forced myself to eat it. But what an utter disappointed. So, TWENTY DOLLARS later, I am left with indigestion and regrets that I didn't just go to Chick-Fil-A. It was a terrible meal on every angle. Never again. read more

We had a large group meeting at Villa Grill-We thought we would have 12 people--WELL...it ended up being 22 people. By this time, most restaurants are getting a little upset and antsy!! Our hostess and our waitress were JUST WONDERFUL!!!! The menu is fabulous- 22 people were completely happy with their food choices and just about everybody got something different. The menu looks promising but I got nothing but lies and mediocre food. I was asked what I wanted to drink when seated. I asked for a Diet Coke and I watch the waitress go back to a soda machine and she pours me a Diet Pepsi! She lied to me and was going to pass a Diet Pepsi off as a Diet Coke. Then I placed my order for a flat bread pizza. The menu says they have fresh buffalo mozzarella. I ask for a flat bread with red sauce and buffalo mozzarella. I get a square not a flatbread pizza. Certainly not the description on the menu. I try it. Not great or good especially for the price. I don't taste buffalo mozzarella and I have been lied to again. The check has mozzarella cheese listed for the pizza. The waitress was nice enough, no bad attitude. I don't know if the problem comes from her or the cooks,but since I already complained about the drink I didn't have it in me to complain about the flatbread mess up. Way too expensive for the mistakes. Inside decorating appears old and dirty. There was black mold all over the ceiling tiles with the vents and the place had a weird food smell. (A)ttendance - Friendly staff, waitress however seemed a bit lost and inexperienced. (F)ood - Ordered the Chix Parm, with penne and meatsauce instead of marinara. Also came with a side salad, ranch only homemade dressing so opted for Blue Cheese. Salad was made with shredded iceburg (semi browning), a few cucumbers and a few grape tomatoes. Pedestrian at best. When my entree arrived it looked appetizing, but when I went to search for what I expected to be a chicken parmigiana underneath the cheese and sauce. I only found penne. After digging around I discovered what looked to be a tiny amount of cutup breaded chicken scattered about. Talking maybe a chicken tenders worth. Being very confused I asked the waitress if it was the Baked Penne or the Chicken Parm, she informed it was the Baked Penne. I explained that is not what I ordered and she kindly clarified what I wanted and went to the kitchen to correct it. Moments later she returned to explain it was the Chicken Parm and pointed out the scarce pieces of breaded chicken. I explained that I anticipated standard chicken Parmesan cutlet and portion but apparently that is not what their version of the dish is. I politely canceled my order and offered to pay for the salad that I ate. The manager took the entrée off my bill leaving the $2.95 charge for the salad that frankly I wouldn't of ordered if it didn't come with the meal. I have dined at this restaurant a number of times. They just don't seem to be able to consistently "get it right". Overall the food quality is good to very good. The service can be poor to good (We once shared a meal, but no extra plate, silverware, napkins were offered - we had to ask). ( A table may /or may not have the condiments of S&P, etc.). With regards to the food: 1. The salads are consistently very good. 2. The mushroom ravioli is very good, skip the sauce. It is too much flour, not hot, not flavorful. 3. Tonight I ordered the spinach salad with bleu cheese dressing - the salad was good. The dressing I believe was nothing buy mayonnaise with some bleu cheese crumbles/awful. read more

We went there once and most likely will not go back. It was a busy night and we were seated at a corner table near the front door. One would think that since we were in view of the cash register, we would be seen by staff.... Not so. After being seated, it was at least 10 minutes before our drink orders were taken. I ordered beer and the others had water. Once the food was delivered 25 minutes after ordering, we finally got to see our waitress again. During this 25 minute wait for food, we were never checked on by staff, so needless to say all of our drinks had been empty for at least 10-15 minutes. When the food arrived I was finally able to order a second beer. The food. I don't even remember what the others ordered, only that they said it was "meh". I tried the "famous" flatbread. Boy was I disappointed. In what world is a flatbread soggy?? Either they make them this way or our food had set in the kitchen far too long before it was delivered. Either way.....unacceptable!! Oh, and that second beer......it never came. I ended up just drinking from my wife's water. That second refill on water, well that was it. They never came back to the table until they brought the bill. And that beer that never arrived, well, it was on the bill. They appeared unhappy that they had to correct their mistake. I love this resturant! My sister-in-law and I eat here often for lunch, the owner is usualy the hostess and she makes us feel like friends. They have good waiters that are attentive, never let our drinks get less than half full, give take-out cups of your beverage and most of them memorize the orders. It is a very clean place, well decorated, very good music (old love songs!) and a large variety on the menu. They are a bit slow with the check (we are always on a time crunch with our lunch hour) but I feel that they do this not beacuse they are pokey, but as to not rush you out. Overall I like it. I have ordered the boneless wings (in jerk and orange zest, both delicious!) and the 'Pollo' Pannini. Both are amazing and the sweet potato fries are to die for! I also think the prices and quality/quantity of the food matches quite well. read more

Asked for spinach on my salad. The salad was delicious. Some of my co workers asked for banana peppers on theirs. When salad came they were on mine as well. No biggie I ate it. When the bill came here was a $1 charge for the handful of spinach. I was shocked at it being so much for the spinach considering it was a salad and one of the salads they offer is less $ and all spinach. Anyway I politely asked the owner to remover charge because I would have never order it if I knew it would be an up charge ( waiter who was awesome didn't advise me of that) anyway the owner advised me that she will take .50 off but that I need to understand that spinach is more money for her then lettuce. I was shocked. I asked politely again and stated that I wouldn't mind paying if I would have known but that this time I felt it was a little much. She then went on to tell me that she was going to now charge for banana peppers . I said actually those were on there my mistake. She would not stop talking about it. Got my bill looked at my name and continued to go on and on about it. I asked her to stop talking about it due to the fact that nothing was getting accomplished by her it. Then I heard her loudly discussing it to her staff. I advised her that I would never be back and she said she will never come get her teeth clean where I worked haha ( not sure what my place of employment had to do with it) I guess she was trying to get a stab in. Then as I was leaving she humiliated me by running to the door and opening it for me and when I walked by she patted me on the shoulder and I kid you not "I'm so sorry your like this" so me and my co workers will never go back ever tho I will give it to her. Been eating here the past year. Great food, very welcoming and personable owner always on sight. Staff is good. Fat Italian wrap, souvlaki, chicken parm, BBQ flatbread are family faves. Hummus is exceptional (how do you even do that?) and old country style salad is excellent. They even do fish well. Not a great beer selection, so that's the room for improvement read more
