I actually enjoy working out here. As a resident of Westminster on the family duo plan, the cost is…read moreextremely reasonable. The equipment seems new and higher end than some other gyms and much of the cardio equipment overlooks the mountains. I haven't taken any classes here yet but I plan to. I've had one massage here (from Lisa) and it was the best massage of my life (and I've had lots). The only downside so far is that the parking lot fills up fast and makes the gym seem busier than it is... But there's also parking on the rec center side.

This is a nice facility. It's sort of attached to the City Park Rec Center. Yeah, I know they…read moreseem like the same thing, but they are not. Fitness center side has a good size cardio and weights area. They also have one large dance/class room and another smaller one. This facility is for ages 15+. They have a child care room but this place is basically for grown ups. Next door, the rec center has a large gym for basketball and a large pool area and all of that is for people of all ages. Now that I've clarified about the boundaries, the reason I go to the fitness center is because I'm a hooper. I work out via 'hula hoops'. Now, ideally, I would love to use one of the dance/class rooms that are often vacant during the day, but regular folks are not permitted to use those unless you are taking a class. The large cardio/weight room has mirrors, but not enough empty space for me to hoop. Upstairs, in the hallway (it's a really big hallway) outside the classrooms and the child care there is plenty of space for me to hoop. Also, (and I checked first) I can do this for free because technically, I'm not going into the workout facility and it's a community building. They would get five stars if I could use those awesome rooms, but I can't, so they don't. I know this review will not be relevant for many but it is what it is.

Not enough…read morereviewers have talked about the Studio classes, which is what makes the gym really stand out in my opinion. This location now offers Studio Red (HIIT cardio), Flow (heated yoga), and LFT (lifting class) which are basically boutique-style workouts that would cost $30+ for a single drop in class elsewhere, but you get it (and a lot more) for a monthly cost of ~$45 (as of Jan 2026). The equipment in the classes are high end and in great condition. All the coaches teaching the classes are wonderful, fun, welcoming people, so it's a great environment to jump start your fitness journey or crank it up. Really great fellow gym go-ers in the classes as well - no weird egos, very supportive and considerate. It's true that the extra amenities, like the massage chairs, break down more consistently than you'd like, but the workouts are so satisfying, it's fine. There are also some new-ish annoying fees with being late and corporate controlling the music played. Also, there's a pool and some spa amenities. I haven't personally used it, but it's always looks clean and does the job. Again, at this price point, it's a great deal.

Weights are consistently left scattered throughout the floor, and the wet wipe stations are regularly empty. Meanwhile, staff are often gathered behind the front desk chatting rather than addressing these issues. There's no padding for squat racks as employees stopped giving them out, and machines are routinely broken or out of service, which raises serious questions about how maintenance fees are being used.

I would add, that often leads to an openness and trust on a personal level that allows him to truly help people arrive at a better state of wellness beyond just physical health. It was not until recently, after suffering a spate of miscellaneous sports misfortunes, that I had the opportunity to experience what Rob does first hand. It honestly blew my mind. His ability to diagnose an apparent problem is skillful, and candidly I would have never appreciated the interconnected-nature of my weaknesses on my own. (E.g., this back pain you're experiencing is actually about your glutes). From there, he helps to rectify the current issue, in a way that to my lay mind is a little akin to witchcraft. (I explained to a friend, that when Rob was 'adjusting' my pulled calf muscle it sort of felt like he was doing nothing, and then magically everything was better after). Finally, Rob gives useful, practical guidance on areas to work on that help to improve the overall function and avoid the issue going forward. His approach is full service, which honestly makes him unlike any trainer or therapist with which you might otherwise work. It's why it's so hard to explain what it is exactly that he does, unless you've truly had the fortune to experience it yourself. If you're working through an injury, or just trying to get to a better place of overall function, I cannot recommend Rob more highly!

Rob helped me realize that the soreness and tightness I was feeling (especially after having three kids) wasn't something I just had to live with. His approach is super personal, and even over virtual sessions, he has this ability to notice little movement patterns and imbalances I didn't know existed. The exercises he gives are simple but so effective. And as a mom, I really appreciate how flexible and accommodating he is. He's totally understanding when my schedule gets crazy, and even included my baby in a few sessions during nap strikes. Plus, his voice is so calming--I always end our sessions feeling relaxed and reset. Can't recommend him enough!

Part of me thought I would never get better and that I would just have to live in the discomfort forever. Ryan showed me otherwise. I remember on our first call he asked me what would about my life would change if all my physical symptoms were to go away, and I was almost brought to tears because of the hope that he helped to instill within me. So much about my life would change and eventually DID. When I hired Ryan to support me on my healing journey, I was having multiple panic attacks a week (sometimes every day), my digestion was off, I was chronically inflamed, and I was experiencing major skin breakouts that were really affecting my life. This was NOT normal, despite my ability to brush it off for so long. Using his "test don't guess" philosophy I was finally able to see what was going on inside my body that haphazardly taking random supplements was never going to heal. We discovered a large number of root causes that at first I was overwhelmed by, but I can now say I am truly, truly grateful to have invested in discovering. Eating "healthy" was never going to get rid of some of these root causes like parasites, candida, gut infections, hormone imbalances etc. What I appreciate most about Ryan's approach is that he looks at your health through a TRULY holistic lens. He is a freaking ninja when it comes to your lab work and a very skilled detective at uncovering what the root cause(s) of your symptoms may be. I spent years afraid to invest in my health. I wish I hadn't. Working with Ryan has given me my life back. It has allowed me to grow my abundant business as an entrepreneur. It has helped me get my body ready for pregnancy. It has healed the debilitating anxiety. It has cleared up my skin. It has drastically decreased my inflammation. And even though I have numerous autoimmune diseases, I have learned that I can still have an amazing quality of life. My health no longer holds me back, it empowers me. I've hired and rehired Ryan again and again because I trust him. He goes above and beyond ANY other practitioner I've ever worked with, even in the functional medicine field. Ryan helps you end the cycle of trial and error and truly get to the root of your issues so that you can start living your BEST life again. Thank you, Ryan.

Ryan Monahan is a breath of fresh air!…read more He genuinely cares and listens to my health problems. Unlike other doctors that I saw in the past, Ryan spends time with me listening and talking about all of the reason I didn't feel well in the past. He takes time to explain how I should change my eating habits, exercise and what are the supplements that I need. He has changed my life for the better. After just a few months of consulting him and following his advice, I can see and feel great improvement. I have more energy all day and most of my health issues are gone. Thank you, Ryan, for your honesty, for caring, and for being such a wonderful person and the best health adviser there is. Susana
