The Green Olive is the sleeper hit -- sliced chicken, green olives, onions, and lemon garlic sauce that is warmer and more comforting than the name prepares you for. The Bourbon Pecan Pie has actual bourbon in it -- present, warm, unapologetic -- woven into a filling that is rich without being cloying, with a deeply caramelized pecan top and whipped cream that is the only accompaniment it needs. Top shelf in every sense. The Cheesecake is the real thing. Dense, genuine, not artificially sweet -- a tall ivory slice on a proper graham crust with a strawberry drizzle that brightens without overwhelming. This is what cheesecake is supposed to be and rarely is anywhere else. Anton's Craft Kitchen is the rare restaurant that exceeds every expectation you didn't know you had. The food is cooked with care. The desserts are made with love you can actually taste. The experience from first bite to last is without a single complaint -- because there isn't one to make.
