Unfortunately, this time was a completely different experience. On the day of service, there were several issues, but the most upsetting was the aftermath. Due to what they later explained was an equipment malfunction and overspraying, the treatment ended up killing patches of my grass (resulted from the exterior stairwell drain that routes to a front yard pop up emitter), damaging my hydrangeas, and ruining other flowers in my yard--something that was not an issue last time. While they acknowledged the mistake and I received a partial refund, the damage had already been done. I appreciated the apology and willingness to take responsibility, but the overall impact has left me incredibly disappointed, especially given how excited I was to work with them again. I was doing a service to improve the look and maintenance of my home and these actions have now made my well-maintained yard look unappealing. Accountability matters, but so does consistency--and this was not the standard I experienced previously. Sadly, I won't be returning.
